The hotel is huge but easy to get around. The shuttle runs directly from the Gubei Watertown main entrance to the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and tidy. They also have a swimming pool and kids playground. The breakfast is great with international buffet. Overall a wonderful experience.

This hotel is right in the heart of Wuzhen, making it super convenient for getting around and exploring. The kids absolutely loved the duplex room – it was clean and quiet, and the whole family had a great night's sleep. Manager Tong was incredibly warm and attentive, providing a lot of helpful assistance.

At breakfast, the cups still had leftover dirt and weren't washed clean, and many plates were put out for guests to use while still wet. Plus, the dining area was freezing. As for the dinner buffet, the crab was served in a very "stingy" way. I'd suggest either setting a quota of one crab per person at the table, or simply taking it off the menu altogether. Only at most four people could grab some each time, while the rest of the guests couldn't even catch a glimpse of it. On top of that, it was only replenished almost once an hour. On the bright side, the hotel staff remained very warm and enthusiastic, despite being extremely busy during the Golden Week holiday.

Overall, the hotel is quite good, and the rooms are spacious. The family room has two beds, one large and one small, which were very comfortable. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, even better than many five-star hotels in downtown Beijing. Seriously, they had everything you could possibly want. I'd say it was the best buffet breakfast I've had in Beijing. The hotel's location is excellent, right within the scenic area and very close to Simatai Great Wall. It's definitely one of the better hotels in Gubei Water Town.

This was my second stay, and my favorite part is still the infinity pool. There's also a hot tub, so it's perfect for both swimming and hot spring relaxation – I didn't even bother going to a separate hot spring on my second day! However, this time I felt the facilities weren't as good as my first visit. It seems they're getting a bit old and could use a renovation. Overall, though, the service was still excellent.

I wasn't going to leave a review, but the concierge really wanted some feedback, so here it is. First, let's talk about the service. On the morning of check-in, a concierge contacted me and added me on WeChat, asking about any special requests for check-in or if I had children. They even informed me at 12 PM that I could check in. During the busy National Day holiday, being able to check in early was quite satisfying. The staff were all very enthusiastic. Whenever we made eye contact, they would greet me and ask if I needed any help. Since it was National Day and the hotel was fully booked, breakfast the next day was very crowded, but the staff were quick to resolve any issues that arose. Now, about the accommodation. It was a standard room, quite comfortable and spacious. The bedding was cozy, and the soundproofing was excellent – once the door was closed, I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway, which is worth mentioning. Also, it was very convenient for luggage storage, shuttle bus service, hot springs, and visiting the Great Wall. Finally, one more thing! On the afternoon of my check-in day, after climbing the Great Wall, I was napping when I heard the doorbell. After the second ring, I responded and was about to get up. The subsequent rings were very urgent. By the time I reached the door, it had already been opened by the concierge... Luckily, I had engaged the chain lock on the inside, so it wasn't fully opened. She said she was delivering water. I was very surprised by her unauthorized entry. She claimed she rang the doorbell, thought no one was inside, and then opened it, offering a verbal apology. I was groggy from sleep at the time and didn't say much else. I originally didn't want to comment on this, but the concierge messaged me on WeChat hoping for a five-star review, but frankly, I can't give five stars for this... I've never encountered someone opening my door without permission, especially after such urgent ringing... What if the guest was showering? Overall, the hotel is quite good, and it would be even better to visit during off-peak times when it's cheaper.

The environment here is quite good. Maybe because of the National Day holiday, the breakfast area was completely packed, and it was really hard to find a seat. The surroundings are lovely, and the water town itself is fun to explore. After 10 PM, most of the restaurants in the town close, making it a very peaceful place. This hotel seems to be the largest one in Gubei Water Town.

The hotel environment is great, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the breakfast is abundant. The hotel is located right inside the scenic area, and strolling leisurely through the town's scenic spots is incredibly relaxing!

Service: The hotel service was excellent. Our luggage was fully handled by staff from the parking lot and delivered to our room. They provided a humidifier and electric heater because of the dry, cold weather. The kids' play area was free and they even extended the go-karting turns. Environment: It's right near Sun and Moon Island, and there's a shuttle bus at the hotel entrance, making it very convenient to get around. Cleanliness: Generally clean and tidy, but two bed bugs entered the room on the first night.

The Super Wings family room was thoughtfully designed, and my child absolutely loved the interior decor, especially the little airplane scooter. The hotel is massive and boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient to walk to the ancient town's attractions. It's definitely a top choice for families with kids. Both adults and children particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, which offered great views and plenty of sunshine; we swam three times in as many days. For a hot spring experience, we opted for Yudao Hot Spring (formerly Duanjia Courtyard), which was of excellent quality with very warm water (42℃) and refreshing outdoor air. The hotel service was good, and we also tried the Haijuan buffet dinner. We feasted on crayfish and hairy crabs until we were stuffed! The self-squeezed orange juice was also delicious and gets full marks!

Visited on August 15th, and the hotel service was quite good! They called to confirm before check-in, but I missed it because it was an unknown number. Upon arrival, Manager Kang Le personally guided us to our room and introduced the hotel facilities. The hotel pool was great, and breakfast was abundant, they even prepared mooncakes. It's very convenient for family trips, as you can easily return to the hotel to rest after getting tired from playing.

We stayed in the duplex family room, which was just right for four people. The room was very clean and comfortable, and they even gave us mooncakes. It was Mid-Autumn Festival, so the hotel was quite busy.

I brought my family to Gubei Water Town on the eve of the Mid-Autumn Festival. I'd heard a lot about it before, and this was my first time visiting. **Facilities:** The hotel facilities are good, and the swimming pool is quite distinctive, with a bit of an 'influencer' vibe. **Hygiene:** The cleanliness was also good. Even though the hotel has been open for a while, the rooms are well-maintained and don't look too old. **Service:** What I found less satisfactory was the check-out process. They started rushing us to check out at 12 PM, and I had to make several calls to communicate. We were delayed a bit at the Simatai Great Wall, and only after a final negotiation did they reluctantly agree to a 1 PM check-out. The key thing is, there weren't that many people checking in, and the hotel didn't have much of a Mid-Autumn Festival atmosphere. My family was also a bit disappointed by this!

Extremely satisfied! The infinity pool was amazing, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. I had a fantastic time. The package also included a night tour of the Great Wall and a hot spring experience. The Great Wall night tour pass allowed us to bypass the lines, which was a huge convenience. The whole experience felt very luxurious and enjoyable!
