Great location with convenient transportation. The hotel is clean and the service is attentive. I forgot my phone charger when checking out, and the hotel actively contacted me and even mailed it back to me. Although the item wasn't expensive, their sincerity was truly heartwarming. Had a wonderful stay!, the rooms were clean but a little outdated and comfortable, and the location was excellent right outside the metro. I would recommend! Gorgeous sunrise view.

What truly infuriated me was the no-smoking policy in the rooms, yet I woke up in my sleep suffocating from cigarette smoke! The bathroom reeked of smoke in the morning! If you set a rule against smoking, why can't you enforce it? I've previously encountered guests smoking with their doors open, and I walked through the hallway smelling a pungent cigarette odor! Can this hotel even manage indoor smoking?

I stayed here to watch the 'Peony Pavilion' dance drama at the Poly Theatre. It was incredibly convenient – just turn right in the lobby downstairs and you're in the theatre! No need to put on a coat and brave the cold outside, it's a one-stop indoor journey, so handy! Definitely the top choice for theatre-goers! Plus, there's a gym, swimming pool, and dance studio available for free use during your stay – the gym is huge! The Dongsishitiao subway station is right outside, super convenient!

1. The hotel is very outdated and definitely doesn't meet the expectations of a four-star establishment. The carpets also look quite dirty. 2. The showerhead was almost broken, with very little water coming out, most of it flowing from the faucet below. 3. I was traveling with a child and asked the front desk if they could switch my twin room to an equivalent king room upon check-in, but they flat-out refused. It wasn't because there were no rooms available; they said bookings made through Ctrip couldn't be changed. 4. None of the trash cans had liners, but they provided a tiny plastic bag in the bathroom, smaller than a bubble tea bag, and expected used sanitary pads to be placed in it. Absolutely bizarre and extreme!

Facilities: All quite new. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Quiet, soundproofing seems to be very good. Service: Everything was great. Whenever I needed something, I'd call guest services and they'd answer and come up very promptly. The only minor hassle was that food delivery couldn't be brought up to the room.

Housekeeping did a really good job. Special thanks to the young man at concierge who looked out for my parcel. Great location. Consider to take cab from airport as the mrt has lots of stairs. Unfortunately, the stay was spoilt by cigarette smoke from other rooms.

The Poly Plaza hotel is located right above the metro station. You walk out of the metro and you are right in front of the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants close by and also a large supermarket. The hotel is a bit older but very nicely kept. We also used the swimming pool, while we were there. But please remember that you need a swimming cap to swim. Although, if you dont have it, you can quickly buy it right at the reception and it was not that expensive to buy it right there. We stayed there for 2 nights and we loved our stay.

Very pleasant stay, highly professional staff. Furniture and style is a little bit aged, location perfect right outside the Subway stop.

Nice hotel. Good location above an underground station. Nice small swimming pool. Fitness room with good equipement and instructors. And very friendly staff.

very convenient location by the metro stop, close enough to main attractions but quiet surrounding with useful stored/restaurants for a family with kids hotel manager was great and very supportive with us

We love this hotel. It’s a flashback to extravagance circa 1990s Beijing. It’s affordable, safe, has a pool and is close to everything g. We took the bus the forbidden city, walk to sanlitun. I recommend eating snacks at Ginza mall and roast duck at Jingzun. The interiors are old but beds are clean and comfortable. Great views. Love it
