It clearly states “7-9am buffet style breakfast, western and Chinese”… SO MANY OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM… Also? Apparently is not a smoke free building, because you find people smoking in the hallways (next to the room doors) all the time and you see the remains on the carpet floor.

This hotel has changed its name, but it hasn't been updated on Trip.com yet. The lobby has been nicely renovated, but the hallways are a bit dim. However, the bed in the room was very comfortable and the hygiene was good. It's just that the facilities could use an upgrade!

The service of staff was pretty great. I was warmly received and guided to my room. The room was okay. Some parts of the room wasn’t that clean and it triggered my dust allergies. But for the fact that this hotel is in the center of Beijing Chaoyang, it’s a good option.

Very pleasant service from Ms. Zhang Yingyourthe reception, she was friendly and so much caring. The hotel is clean and the environment is pleasing. Highly recommend to experience your stay here, worth the pay and the staff are very friendly.

Very hard to control the shower temperature, as the mixture is very sensitive and skewed towards cold water. They have Washing Machine and Dryer. Very convenient and easy to use. Walking to Metro is 10 minutes, Best to use entrance G2 (line 3).

The hotel is in a nice neighborhood and the the customer service was exceptional. The rooms are a bit outdated but had everything necessary.

The room is very good and clean. The staff is also very friendly and kind. This is my second time coming to this hotel and i feel so satisfied. I hope I can come again next time. The gerographical locaation is very good .I like them very mmnch .this place is very good
