Positive:
1) The room was very spacious and clean
2) The location was ideal for my goal (staying near friends)
Negative:
1) The breakfast was awful. On the first day of our stay we came to get breakfast near its ending time, and we were given only milk, bread and a soy sausage. On the second day we came earlier and it turned out that porridge, an egg and some vegetables are also included. It was unclear why we did not get this part on the first day. The food was not good, either. For me, only milk and bread were edible from the whole breakfast.
2) The staff on the reception desk did not know the English word for breakfast and they did not have a translator installed on their phone, so we spent 5 minutes trying to get breakfast.
3) The corridor and other rooms were extremely noisy in the evenings and mornings during our stay (probably depends on the number of hotel visitors), and there was no noise cancellation in the room at all
4) After getting my delivered food from the reception desk the cat that lives there went with me to my room, so we had to carry it out of the room by ourselves. Then it cried behind our door for 5-10 minutes, begging for food.
5) Some small problems: a) the hotel is far from the metro (15 mins by foot), but it is common for Beijing; b) the toothbrush provided by the hotel was uncomfortable and probably very cheap.
Overall the hotel is clean and cheap, so you can stay there for 2-3 days, if you need it. But I would not recommend getting breakfast from the hotel.
