Our stay was fantastic! It was my wife’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond preparing a complimentary cake and decorating the room, which made the celebration extra special. While the hotel is older, it was well-maintained, clean, and fully functional. The gym was also decent for a hotel facility. Thank you for the wonderful service. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches!

Nice hotel

Check in was smooth. Tiny deposit required. Staff were friendly and helpful Room was clean and amenities were well provided. The water heater in the shower works(not too hot or too cold.) No bidet Will come back again

Good price

A very good hotel with great staff. Good location, park and metro station nearby.

Breakfast was okay. It was not buffet style. The staffs in hotel were nice at first. The hotel was clean. However there was no restaurant or mart to be opened nearby there during Chinese new years holidays. And my daughter lost s phone when we checked out nearby yhe hotel. I asked staffs to help us to find it but they were not active to help us to find it. We spent more than 2 hours to keep looking it and then they allowed to see CCTV later and we figured out that it was fell from her pocket and a guy took it at the corner of the hotel right after she fell it. The guy was at toilet of hotel for 20 minutes and left there while we kept looking a phone. He was not a hotel guest. It was disappointed about staff's attitude when it was happened. They didn't say sorry to us. not helping us to call to the police. There is a staff in front of main gate door but he was just standing there without working.

I was on a business trip to Beijing. The CBD Hotel is indeed a bit old, but it can be seen that the hotel is very attentive in maintenance. I will not describe in detail, for example - the light in the entrance part of the room turns on and off only near the bed, that is, you enter the room, but you can not turn on the light in the corridor, you need to go to the bed. I have never seen anything like this. But in general I recommend it if the price is right.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Guomao subway station, which is very convenient to get to. The hotel also upgraded us to a deluxe room in the executive building for free, with floor-to-ceiling windows. The kids loved it. Thanks to the lobby managers Mr. Luo and Mr. Lu!

We chose Avic Hotel for our May Day trip to Beijing. We were two adults and one child. I booked a double room. The lobby manager, Mr. Luo, was very enthusiastic. We upgraded the business double room to an executive floor deluxe room for free. The room was very big. Seeing that we were taking our children to play during the May Day holiday, they prepared a small gift box and a windmill for the children, which made them very happy.

The service attitude is very good. We booked a single room. When checking in, the customer service staff asked us if we wanted to upgrade to a larger bed in the single room for free so that we could sleep better. Every time we came back from a trip, the service was very thoughtful. The room was very comfortable. Although it was a single room, it was not small. The hotel is not far from the subway station, with Line 1 and Line 8. The Beijing subway is very convenient and convenient to various attractions.
