the hotel is very centrally located, the room was really very good. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, all clean and quiet at night. Just the breakfast is not the best. Mainly chinese food, only salted butter, no unsalted, no toast, only 2 sorts of fresh fruit, (watermelon and grapes), the eggs were only half warm, the coffee machine does not make cappucino or other coffee/milk mix.

I was staying at this hotel for a business trip. Around 9:30 PM on April 18th, two men at the front desk in the lobby started shouting and loudly questioning guests about their room information. I am pregnant, and my husband had just arrived to take care of me but hadn't had a chance to register yet. Does this hotel not have proper management or train its staff on customer service? Why were they shouting and interrogating people? Don't they have the professional courtesy to communicate and resolve issues properly? I will not be booking this hotel again.

Our stay was fantastic! It was my wife’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond preparing a complimentary cake and decorating the room, which made the celebration extra special. While the hotel is older, it was well-maintained, clean, and fully functional. The gym was also decent for a hotel facility. Thank you for the wonderful service. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches!

Check in was smooth. Tiny deposit required. Staff were friendly and helpful Room was clean and amenities were well provided. The water heater in the shower works(not too hot or too cold.) No bidet Will come back again
