The sheets and duvet covers were clean, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. Located in a quiet residential area, the neighborhood was peaceful. The location is great, with supermarkets and fresh markets nearby, making it convenient to get to major attractions and essential services. The owner is very kind, enthusiastic, and attentive, providing excellent and dedicated service. If you have any needs, just ask the owner, and they'll usually be able to help. Although the facilities aren't brand new, the price is reasonable, offering good value for money. I recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay.

Place is located quite in the center, much closer to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City as compared to most other hostels of the similar price range. The owner/staff were extremely friendly, they let me check in early and weren't too picky about check out times either. They let me store my luggage for free. They have AC, a free water dispenser and everything you need, however the quality of the hostel is slightly below average. The common area consists of chairs in the hallway where Chinese men sit and smoke. No kitchen either.

Good and friendly service, clean, not easy to find, the building is old and looks messy. The owner waited for me after midnight in orderr to check in, that's a big plus! All in all, passable if you need a place to crush.
