Traveling during the off-peak season was a great experience. The Muyun Hot Spring has a wonderful ambiance, and they offer complimentary mineral water and refreshments. It would be even better if there was a fully enclosed walkway from the main building to the hot springs. The room was spacious and bright, and the shower had a rainfall head. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, the food was delicious. I'd definitely visit again.

The environment is beautiful and pleasant. The room is spacious, clean, and tidy. I especially want to praise the bathroom layout, which is very practical and convenient. The blackout curtains are not very effective, as there's always light coming through at one end, which is a flaw. The soundproofing is good. Breakfast could be improved; perhaps it's the off-season, but there aren't many food options, and the variety of desserts and pastries is particularly limited. The waitstaff don't actively offer service; they usually ask what you want to drink and then bring it. Hope for improvement.

A tranquil getaway. If you're visiting Badaling, staying in Yanqing is a must, and the various international chain hotels in the area each have their pros. This Crowne Plaza is particularly quiet because it's surrounded by a resort development. The rooms have excellent heating and insulation, which was a real lifesaver when returning to the room after a full day out in the biting cold of early spring.

The room definitely met five-star standards, and so did the service. After booking, Cherry contacted me before check-in to confirm my needs. Seeing that I had two children, she even thoughtfully gave us a go-karting voucher. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The breakfast restaurant was spacious, offered a wide variety of choices, and the quality was excellent. There were also many activities for children. My only slight disappointment was the go-karting service, which was just average; I'm not sure if it's not managed by the hotel. Overall, the new 699 package was incredibly good value for money.

Both the facilities and service meet five-star standards. Any requests were promptly met, the room was quiet, breakfast was good, and the hot spring was also quite nice. There was even a tea break area, which enriched the stay experience. The only minor drawback was the complimentary go-karting, which felt a bit like a 'chicken rib' (something of little value). Adults couldn't really enjoy it, and the track was too small. I suggest upgrading it.

I've never given a hotel such a low rating before. Coming here in winter was the worst decision. It's hard to believe that a family-friendly hotel, apart from the rooms, has all other indoor areas freezing cold. The staff at the basic weaving craft session on March 1st were incredibly bad. They only explained things verbally, and their instructions weren't even clear. They were completely lazy about demonstrating anything, with no proper beginning or end. Cai Feng Bistro was cold. The indoor play area was cold. We had to wear down jackets the entire time! The large circular climbing frame near the outdoor slide, which was the only fun thing, wasn't even open. Not to mention the hot springs included in the package – they were awful. The kids' water park slides weren't open, and the pool water was freezing. The overall environment was unbelievably poor. Breakfast was also terrible. The service staff felt like a makeshift crew; I asked a chef for a pancake and got no response. After waiting a long time, I saw the chef looking at their phone... I will absolutely never come back to this hotel. On February 28th, even though it was a make-up workday, they still charged us an extra 100 for our package, treating it like a weekend. I honestly don't think this place is worth even 100! I really hope the management group sees how terrible this place is.

The restaurant was good, and the pool was great too – the temperature was perfect for the kids to swim. There was also a hot spring, where we spent the whole afternoon soaking. The restaurant wasn't expensive either, with set menus that offered good value for money.

During the Chinese New Year, I brought my kids to Beijing and specifically chose Yanqing District to avoid the city's crowds. We first stayed at the Hyatt, and then moved to the Crowne Plaza for the last two days. Both my children and I unanimously agreed that the Crowne Plaza was better than the Hyatt in terms of food and accommodation. The hot spring was also superior and cleaner. A special thank you to Manager Liu Qian, who helped us smoothly mail back an item we accidentally left behind during check-out to Wuhan. It was a perfect stay!
