Absolutely excellent, I truly loved my stay here. The facilities were good, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The environment was pleasant, and the service was fantastic. Breakfast was also decent. What's more, it was very reasonably priced. Overall, a wonderful experience that fully deserves a five-star rating! I was genuinely happy to have chosen this place; it was exceptionally good.

This is a wonderful hotel. This is our second time staying here. There is a transfer from and to the airport. We only speak English, so we sent our photo so the driver could recognize us. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is extremely competent and friendly! You can contact us online. The staff speaks English for foreign guests. We really liked everything! The hotel is beautiful and clean! The wet area is separated from the dry area. Comfortable beds, soft pillows, delicious breakfast! I fell in love with the concept of this hotel. I will definitely come back to this hotel again. I highly recommend everyone to book this wonderful hotel!

They also offer a complimentary airport shuttle service; if you confirm your details in advance, the driver will pick you up and drop you off punctually, which is incredibly convenient for travelers with early flights. The lobby features Xi'an's signature blue, paired with cloud white and elegant black, giving it a stylish, subtly luxurious, and sophisticated feel with a strong sense of design. I particularly liked the Chanel N°5-inspired fragrance. Next to it is the 'Gan Bar,' where you can buy wine and other beverages, perfect for a casual get-together with friends. A small trolley offers daily essentials like facial masks and sprays, so you don't need to worry if you've forgotten anything. There are also new books on the shelf available for free reading, which is great for relaxing while waiting or taking a break. The room is divided into a living room and a bedroom. The living room is fully furnished and has excellent natural light. The super-king-size bed (over 2 meters) comes with high-thread-count cotton bedding, making it soft and comfortable, ensuring even light sleepers get a good night's rest. The toiletries in the bathroom are adorable, and the shower even has a water pressure-activated background music switch, making showering with music very relaxing. The room was also spotlessly clean, with quality evident in every detail. The surrounding area boasts a rich variety of dining options, with Haidilao, Zhongmeicheng Snack Street, Burger King, and more all nearby. You can also savor authentic Peking duck and Lüdagun (a traditional Beijing snack), making it easy to enjoy delicious food. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, offering hot towels and special floral tea upon check-in. The service was thoughtful, and I would definitely choose this hotel again given the opportunity.

I've stayed here multiple times. The rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated, making for a very comfortable stay. The service is excellent. A special thank you goes to the shuttle driver, whose service was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. I had a 7 AM flight on August 1st and was worried about being late. The front desk provided a timely wake-up call, which was very considerate. Since it was the first shuttle of the day, it was just my child and I. The driver, knowing I was in a rush, confirmed it was China United Airlines and took us directly to the 3rd floor. Thank you very much!
