1949 Hotel (Beijing Guomao Yonganli Subway Station)

Cleanliness needa be improved. There's still leftover toothpaste inside the Bathroom when we checked in. Only one towel, one slipper, one toothbrush kit given despite booking the room for two paxes. Room without window can be quite stuffy, so choose wisely. Location is good. Lotsa eateries downstairs and only few minutes walk to the mall nearby.

Cleanliness: My room was not cleaned everyday. During my four nights stay, they only cleaned the room once but i am not sure if they only cleaned it just because I put the "Clear" sign on the outside door knob of my room that day. And even if they did clear the trash that day, no new towels provided. My towel is the same during my four nights stay. Location: The location of the hotel is 7-10mins away from subway station Guomao which is really accessible. Service: The service like I said in the cleanliness review is quite poor. Even if the hotel is not that expensive, i think i still deserve a clean room. Amenities: The first room they are supposed to accomodate me has no double lock, and therefore for security, i asked them to change my room with double lock from inside. The room which I stayed for four nights has a door that is difficult to open or close, it needs to be pulled upward when opening or closing the door. The toilet and shower room is not going to be okay for meticulous people, so if you are, this is not going to be okay for you. The bed is so hard i can feel the metal springs. I got so many bed bugs bites on my last night all over my legs and arms. The Television only has movies or series but almost all are VIP so you need to pay to continue watching. And even if others are not VIP, they are just like trailers, so in the end, you would just turn off the television because it is useless. The aircondition in my room is not working properly, i wanted to put it on "Cold" mode sometimes but still hot air was coming out so i was really sweating inside sometimes. Lastly, it is noisy outside even if it is located on third floor, you can hear push carts or whatever early in the morning or late at night.

Hotel is excellent. Better than expected. Good location. I will plan to stay again in this hotel in the future. Window with a perfect view.

Terrible experience with this hotel!!! When I booked my room it was shown a large room with a big window, in front was a tree and etc, but actually it was small, without window room. When I asked the reception why there is a such big difference between the booked photo and actual room, I have not got what I paid for she rudely replied that your receipt’s photo it is common and is used in everywhere, this room is non refundable, if you don’t like it you can not to stay there, we wouldn’t give you the money back. When I offered to change the room because I saw my receipt’s room was empty, that fat lady from the receiption again rudely refused me, having clear ignorance to my questions… The bed was not soft and comfortable, the bathroom dirty, till the 3rd floor the escalator doesn’t operate, should go upstairs with the baggages and such lots of problems.. Highly not recommended to stay in this hotel, you will have very bad experience, nervous day and waster of your money.

It was so dirty room When I made the reservation, it was not mentioned that there was no window, but when I arrived, there was no window, and when I told the attendant, they said that they would charge extra for a room with a window.

Good location not too expensive

The hotel locate half venue of floor, inside an building, Good location, only 10 mins walking to Gumao Station , gate D. Many local restaurants around the hotel, not sure room is 26sqm as it look like only 20 sqm but nice view and quite area, very small reception like Airb&b. Staff do not understand english.

Not too far from the subway, take 7-10min from hotel Hotel is located in the community mall ‘SOHO 8’
