離北醫三院很近，非常方便。很安靜，室內温度也可以，經濟實惠適合看病的病友選擇居住。

和朋友出去玩選了這家民宿，總得來説還是不錯的，這個價格在北京能住到這樣的房子，我們覺得合適。四個人住了一居室，兩張雙人床，空間也挺大的，東西都齊全，最主要房子還是挺乾淨整齊的。出來玩有個好睡眠太重要了，民宿有暖氣有空調，也不冷。建議大家自帶牙刷牙膏，民宿不一定有。

省流:乾淨整潔 交通便捷 隔音一般 房東善良
設施：因為是單間房，所以房間內有空調衣櫃桌子凳子等，衣櫃裏有一些被子，可以自己換一換;公共浴室不是北方那種大澡堂子，正常坐廁+內部洗澡地兒，不過公寓沒有洗漱用品（牙膏牙刷可以問房東姐姐要），需要自己帶點旅行裝
衞生：入住之前打掃的很乾凈，對我這種強迫症比較友好，床單被子也沒啥異味，至少從我暫住的單人間這個空間維度來看，房間還是讓我挺滿意的
環境：整個小區離西土城地鐵站挺近的，應該是幾百米的距離，不過我住的這個單人間要走出小區還是有些距離的，主要是比較繞，但是！！（劃重點）房東姐會送，就是用電動車送你去地鐵站，因為我是來參加某大夏令營，這個位置是在我預想價位內位置和交通最好的一個。值得注意的是，房間隔音不是那麼的好，晚上如果是習慣早一些睡（如十點附近）以及比較敏感的人可能會不太喜歡

衞生間臟亂差，非常小，別説洗澡，洗臉都費勁；衞生間不知道能不能上鎖，給了我另一個電話讓我問另外的人；廚房居然晚上也加了床住了人，一直大聲講電話、咳嗽打噴嚏；毫無隔音；第一次遇上住宿臨走讓我把被子疊好床鋪好決計不會更換床單被套的！

衹能説實物與官網非常不符，入住的是單人間，門都不能鎖上，房間是由廚房改造出來的，放有很多雜物，空間狹窄並且悶熱，體驗感很差。
