My stay here was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is unbeatable – right outside the subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. Commuting was a breeze. The area around the hotel is vibrant and lively too. Within a few minutes' walk, there are supermarkets, restaurants, and convenience stores, so all your daily needs are covered. It was great to be able to step out for a stroll in the evenings and soak in the local atmosphere. A special shout-out to the breakfast – it offered a wonderful variety of both Western and Chinese options, and everything was fresh. It was the perfect way to start each day feeling energized. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the staff were all very welcoming and helpful. All in all, whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

The first night we were given a room it was very small and right next to the elevator. Hence other guests who came to the elevator talked loudly and the noise disturbed us in the room. Even early morning at 5.00 am people from other rooms would shout waiting for the elevator at the top of their voice with no regard to the discomfort of other room occupants. The next day the service desk promptly changed our room. Gave us a bigger room. Hence we unpacked. Then we realised that the hot water system in the bathroom was not working. We kept the tap running for fifteen minutes still no hot water. Then we packed our bags again and again and changed rooms. Except for the last room the other two rooms we could not get telephone coverage as there was no signal strength in our room. As I was using an Australian Sim card on roaming I couldn't even connect to the hotel wifi because of the great firewall. As our Australian Sim connected to China telecom and china unicorn networks there was no network coverage in our rooms. Only the last room on the ground floor had good coverage for our network.This time it was the third night and we still had two more nights to go. The last room provided was alright. We just checked out of the hotel after three nights. The front desk initiated our refund through trip.com and our experience ended there. The hotel front was very helpful and tried their best to help us but the hotel maintenance was bad.

Everything was fine, except for shower water which was cold.

Breakfast is simple just to eat to fill your stomach. No recommendations. After 7 to 10 am breakfast time, whole day close up. Without coffee and tea supplies.

The hotel is good for business and also for leisure visit to beijing . Is perfect location near Guomao and is great fl reach any spot in the capital .

The hotel is near the metro station and really good access

The hotel was under construction and there was a strong sewer smell. It was not meet the standards of services. Not recommended

But if a language barrier, but all else was good. Value for money.
