The first thing that impresses me about the hotel is the efficient and friendly front desk staff. Hotel room amenities are wonderful, full kitchen and laundry all included. Even the washing powder is provided. We are offered free breakfast as I made a mistake of not picking the with-breakfast option. Breakfast is very good, restaurant is large and clean. Food spread is satisfying. The hotel may be rather far from the city but it is very easy to get to city centre by Didi (taxi). It cost about RMB 60 and 30 minutes per trip. It’s also easy to travel by subway+didi and much cheaper RMB 18 and the trip is about 45 minutes from Raffles Shopping Centre.

The decor was modern and stylish, and the amenities provided made my stay even more enjoyable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. The bathroom was also very clean. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located place to stay. The level of service and attention to detail provided by the staff.truly made my stay a memorable one. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel is newly built, and the facilities are relatively new. The suite I booked had a separate living room and dining area, and the bathroom was also spacious. Rooms are delivered by robots, and the swimming pool on the first floor provides a fun space for children. The basement parking lot has ample spaces and also offers charging stations. It's an 8-minute drive from the Joy City and Sam's Club, making it a convenient place to stay.

Facilities: quite new. Hygiene: well cleaned. Environment: quite good, the hotel has a wide range of projects and is also suitable for office, meeting, and business banquets. Service: The front desk was enthusiastic and upgraded the room for free. Recommended.
