This was by far the worst stay I've ever had, and I'll never stay here again. At 12:33 AM, I was jolted awake by the sound of someone opening my door. I always thought that only happened in the news, but it happened to me! I didn't want to get into an argument in the middle of the night and ruin my next day, so I just latched the door and went back to sleep. I told the front desk when I checked out, but I haven't heard anything back since. Even though the room rate was cheap, that's no excuse for giving someone else access to an already occupied room. I felt too awkward to demand compensation, but I was extremely upset and unhappy with this stay. The hotel did offer airport transfer, and the driver was very good, but there's nothing else worth remembering.

Spacious comfortable room, nicely cleaned and furnished. There was a slightly smell of cigarettes in our room despite not being a smoking room, though this didn't bother us too much. Comfortable firm bed, responsive communication with staff before and during our stay. The airport transfer service was very useful. We stayed here for a 12hr transit and it was perfect for our needs. Self service laundry was very handy Thank you!
