Yuhong Home (Jijiamiao Subway Station Fengtai Railway Station)

We got a different room than the one we booked, which was an unpleasant surprise. we had booked according to the picture a different apartment with a terrace. The flat was not so clean, we were 5 people, we received 1 toilet paper( we asked for more and we received 1 extra, which was not enough), there were only 2 towels, we had to ask for 2 more after taking shower, the water in the bathroom was all over the place, which was slippery and dangerous. The fridge had some food inside from before and it was smelling weird. Also there were bed sheets hanging in the flat for drying when we arrived which was not acceptable. It was nice that there was a washing machine. There is no reception, it was not that easy to find the room, for the check in, by coincidence we saw someone in the flat number mentioned on the website and we got the password for the apartment. We received the WeChat number from the owner so we could communicate faster and they replied fast which we appreciated. The location was good near the metro Station jijiaimiao , about 10 min walk, and 2 metro stops to the train station fengtai which was the reason we booked it. The is a convenient store next to the building and some restaurants as well.

The dishes are quite dirty, and the hot water is very slow. But the location is not bad. And it is spacious with 2 beds. Good for people who do not use kitchen to travel.

Ac was not not working . Although room was big and spaceous .

Location is very good within walking distance to Jijiamiao subway station. The apartment itself is located in a large mixed-use type building which makes a strange combination with office rooms neighboring the apartment. Apartment itself was not clean, especially the kitchen. Host was nice to supply items asked for such as cutting board, large knife, pot, toilet paper etc. Good choice for budget travelers.

I recommend these apartments for family or group living together as there is complete cocking facilities and extra folding beds, blankets etc. Metro is at walking distance of round about 11 minutes . No amenities,

It was a perfect place to stay.
