The best hotel that l've ever been to. Great pick up and drop off from/to the airport, the front desk will literally show you to your room and guide you to your room in person and check in at ease. Everything spotless and clean! Very high respect to them Thank you for your service Best quality service ever!

Extremely satisfied! The hotel service was excellent. We received a free room upgrade and complimentary airport transfers. The front desk staff and service personnel in the lobby were very welcoming and enthusiastic. They helped us with our luggage all the way to our room and even proactively turned on the air conditioning.

Service is truly the best I’ve seen. The whole staff is incredibly welcoming. Free airport shuttle to and from the airport including helping with the bags which was really nice. They upgraded us without asking because they had availability. Someone also guides you up to the room and walks you through all the smart functions of the room. They have a robot for delivery which was cool to see. Overall the room is really clean and amenities are good. Highly recommend

Excellent experience, highly recommend! The hotel staff provided top-notch service, and the facilities were great. It's perfect for families or anyone needing to be close to the airport. The breakfast was really good, and they even offer a late-night snack service.

I had an 8 AM flight the next day, so I came to Beijing a day early. When I booked, I mainly chose this hotel because it was close to the airport, which I thought would be convenient. Little did I know, this hotel was full of surprises! First, I arrived at 12 PM, and the front desk staff helped me check in early and even upgraded my room type. After checking in, since I had two oversized suitcases, a very handsome young man helped me take my luggage to the room. Once I got to the room, there were already welcome fruits, yogurt, drinks, and bottled water waiting for me. The room was extremely clean, fully smart-enabled, and the soundproofing was excellent. You think that's it? No way!!! They offer free late-night snacks in the evening. Although I didn't get to try them, I saw quite a few people in the restaurant when I walked past it later that night, and it smelled delicious! And there's more! I booked the airport shuttle for 6 AM, and at 5:30 AM, the front desk called to remind me to gather in the lobby on time. When I went downstairs, the lobby staff greeted me and gave me a departure gift: a pack of tissues and a few steam eye masks. How incredibly thoughtful is that?! I just casually mentioned that I was flying international from T3, and they even prepared for that! All for just over 300 RMB, their service is absolutely amazing!!! I'll definitely stay here again next time I fly out of Beijing!!! This is my second stay at your hotel, and the staff are still incredibly friendly. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I especially love the airport shuttle service and the robot food delivery. I'll definitely stay here again next time I have a layover at Beijing Capital International Airport!

I stayed at the Voyage International Hotel in Beijing during my transit. It was cozy, spacious, and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was great to see complimentary drinks and fruits after a long flights. Overall, it was a nice stay. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Booked a single room and got a free upgrade to twin room, very big size beds and big TV. When walking towards block B, will pass by the two big size alpaca. Hotel provides free pick up from T2 and T3, for T3 is departure gate 10. It’s convenient to use Trip app free internet call to contact receptionist after you collect baggages, it takes around 15mins for vehicle to arrive. The hotel vehicle has hotel name on it and is easy to spot. h

The soundproofing in the room was excellent. As someone who's a light sleeper, I was able to get some rest before my 3 AM flight, and honestly, it felt like a lifesaver. The room was incredibly clean and tidy. Every single staff member was friendly and professional beyond words. I would absolutely love to come back. The complimentary late-night snack was a pleasant surprise, and the wontons were delicious!

Facilities: The laundry room is very convenient. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Everything is great, except the soundproofing isn't very good. Service: Superb. Capital Airport T3/T2 pickup/drop-off service: This is truly super convenient. Out of all the places I stayed on my trip back home, this one had the best service. Even a great environment isn't enough if the service isn't good. I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance! (The alpacas are so cute 🦙)

The room was great, clean, but most importantly, the service was truly excellent. I travel frequently for work, and the service here really stands out! I rarely leave reviews, but I just had to give this place a good rating! And there are really two alpacas in the courtyard! Very satisfied! 😄

The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. The airport shuttle service was a huge plus, saving us a lot of time. They even offered wake-up calls for early flights and provided late-night snacks (definitely try them if you need a bite!). We also received a small gift package when we left, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend this place for anyone catching a flight!
