The hotel was really nice and the rooms were spacious and clean. 30 mins taxi to Chinese Great Wall. The staff was nice however most did not speak English, yet had a good translator machine to help. However in an international 4 star branch hotel I would expect front staff to be required to possess better English skills. Yet the general manager did speak very well English and always would come up to us to greet and talk so that was a major plus. Only minor thing is that the room service food was stated in the room menu cart to be available until 23.00 yet the kitchen closes at 21.00 apparently. However the staff helped us directly to order food to the hotel. So just some minor things that could be worked on but overall a great hotel.

Clean and spacious room. Helpful staff. The breakfast can be greatly improved both on a variety of items and freshness. By 8:45 the buffet was almost empty. The coffee can be improved as well.

I had a great stay and the hotel staff, especially Jasmine, went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. There were several staff fluent in English and they even gave me a WeChat contact for the hotel in case I needed anything. I would highly recommend!!!

The front desk lady was very nice. She gave us a family room with a double bed and a single bed. The child was 1.45 meters tall, and the three of us lived very comfortably. The steak at the hotel's buffet dinner was great. The receptionist helped the child apply for a very cost-effective children's price, and the dinner was very enjoyable. In terms of the itinerary, there were 2 packages purchased in advance, one with a 10-minute fixed-wing aircraft experience, and one with a night tour of the Great Wall for 2 adults and 1 child, 5 attractions such as Wild Duck Lake, and 1 of 2 adults and 1 child at Chibabu Park. It is worth mentioning that other hotels will charge an additional fee for this package when used on holidays, but Hilton did not charge an additional fee, which was particularly cost-effective. Our 3-day schedule was full and fulfilling, and Chibabu didn't have time to go. I will stay at Hilton again if I go to Yanqing next time!

I went there at 13:00 and said that the room was not ready. I waited until about 13:40 to finish. The employees are also very hard-working and have a good attitude. Managers should think about it, don’t toss employees, don’t toss customers, and don’t think it’s shameful to learn from domestic brands. 2. The charging piles are obviously occupied by gasoline vehicles. Although there are plenty of parking spaces, the charging piles are close to the elevator, so gasoline vehicles occupy the charging piles. 3. The room is so cold, about 21 degrees, it's freezing.

I took my kids to visit the Great Wall at night during the summer vacation. The hotel package was very cost-effective. When checking in, the front desk gave the kids chocolate cookies and upgraded them to a family room with a large bed and a single bed. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast time was sufficient. After climbing the Great Wall at night, we slept enough in the morning before going to eat. It was nice. In addition, there were free tickets to surrounding scenic spots. We chose Wild Duck Lake Wetland Park and went there after checking out. We saw many wild birds and few people and beautiful scenery. It was a very good experience and I have recommended it to my friends.

The rooms, overall environment and hygiene of the hotel are good. Although there are many people in the summer, check-in and check-out are very fast.
