JI Hotel (Beijing Grand View Garden Caihuying Subway Station)

The room was clean and tidy. The front desk proactively helped upgrade me to a room with a window. They responded promptly to any requests. The TV in the room was large with a wide selection of channels. However, the breakfast was limited in variety. I would like to stay here again in the future.

I stayed here for four days from August 16th to 20th. I regretted it the first day I arrived. It's quite far from the subway station. Traveling with my children to Beijing, I was exhausted every day getting back to the hotel, but it still took me 15 minutes to walk from the subway station. The lobby smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, mixed with perfume, which was a bit unbearable. The hotel room was completely soundproofed; every night I could clearly hear people opening and closing doors and talking and screaming on the same floor. During my four-night stay, the room's toiletries weren't replenished daily, and my two children and I used disposable toothbrushes for five days. I booked a superior king room for 1.8 yuan, but it was supposed to be between 1.5 and 1.8 yuan, which was a mediocre experience. They gave me a ticket to the Grand View Garden, but it wasn't worth it and I didn't use it. Overall, the hotel's price didn't match the actual price, and it was different from what I'd expect from a Four Seasons hotel.

Facilities: All you need Hygiene: extremely clean and hygienic Environment: It feels like home, very warm Service: Excellent. In order to prevent us from waiting too long, we upgraded our room for free. It was really heartwarming!

前台白白瘦瘦的小哥服務態度很好，晚上十點多辦理入住還贈送了水果酸奶，很貼心，早餐的大爺們人也都很親切 很好的一次體驗
