The room was clean and comfortable, the service was attentive, and the robot delivery for room service was quick. The location is also very convenient for transportation. Overall, I'm satisfied.

The room was decent, and ordering takeout was super convenient with the robot delivery. The location is great, really close to Wangjing Soho, and you can even see it from the hotel. The laundry room was also excellent, very easy to use and practical.

I was walking through the hotel's main revolving door when a child outside pressed a button, causing the door to go into rapid rotation mode. There was no one attending the door at all. My arm and waist got caught in the door. I reported it to the hotel immediately. The next day, I went to the front desk again, but the hotel ignored me all day. In the evening, I tried to find the duty manager, but the front desk said the manager wasn't at the hotel, apparently avoiding me. Only after I called the police (110) did the manager rush back to the hotel. The service at this Hilton Wangjing is just terrible.

This is a really nice hotel, conveniently located close to the airport and Wangjing business district. The environment is pleasant, and they have multiple elevators, washing machines, and dryers. The Hampton Inn decor and service are consistently excellent, as always.

The room decoration is simple and comfortable, and the stay was quite pleasant. The staff member Huihui was very enthusiastic and attentive, with a gentle and thoughtful attitude. It was a very satisfying stay!

The hotel is very comfortable with excellent service. Tongtong at the front desk proactively upgraded my room, sent fruit, and checked me in quickly. The public areas are always being cleaned, and the lobby and hallways are spotless. Overall, the cleanliness is superb.
