⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at Royard Hotel Beijing We had an amazing stay at Royard Hotel Beijing. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, and the staff made us feel welcome from the very beginning. One of the best parts of our stay was the complimentary airport pick-up service. The driver arrived on time, was very professional, and made our transfer to the hotel easy and comfortable after a long flight. This thoughtful service was greatly appreciated. The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to public transportation, shopping areas, and many popular attractions in Beijing, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. Our room was spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the room was quiet, and everything was well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, polite, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious Chinese and Western dishes, with fresh ingredients and plenty of choices to suit different tastes. We also enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, which were clean and well maintained, creating a relaxing and comfortable environment throughout our stay. Overall, Royard Hotel Beijing exceeded our expectations. With its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, delicious breakfast, convenient location, and complimentary airport transfer, it offers outstanding value for money. The hotel is quite basic, but it was clean and comfortable. We stayed in the two-bedroom family suite, which included a kitchenette area. However, we were surprised to find that it was not equipped with basic kitchen items such as glasses, plates, or cutlery. There was even a kitchen extractor fan, but no cooking hob, which made the kitchenette feel incomplete. The apartment itself was comfortable enough for our stay, although it could benefit from some refurbishment. The walls showed signs of wear, and some areas appeared to have been repaired after water damage and could use a fresh coat of paint. The biggest and most pleasant surprise was the breakfast, which was served in the neighbouring hotel. There was an excellent selection of dishes, and everything we tried was very tasty. Breakfast was definitely the highlight of our stay.
