Excellent! The environment is elegant, comfortable, and pleasant. The rooms are large, clean, and tidy. I love it, thumbs up! Really great, a high-quality hotel in Beijing. It's antique and full of the charm of a Beijing courtyard house and a princely mansion!

The experience was fantastic! Especially the hotel staff at all levels, from the front desk to the restaurant to housekeeping, were all polite, enthusiastic, and incredibly accommodating to reasonable requests. The front desk staff were professional and attentive, making guests feel truly at home. The restaurant and housekeeping staff, though not young, were diligent, understanding, thoughtful, and hardworking. They met all reasonable guest requests without any fuss or impatience, making us feel comfortable and well-cared for.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, located between the North 5th and North 6th Ring Roads. It saves some time driving to the Great Wall compared to starting from downtown. It's a very large compound with seven courtyards, featuring water features and beautiful scenery. On the day we checked in, there was a strong wind and a cold front, so it felt chilly, but thankfully the hotel provided heating pads. We used them like hot water bottles when sleeping. Upon check-in, the lovely lady at the front desk helped us upgrade to a family room, which included a tent and some toys. Our child absolutely loved it and said they want to come back again. The bedding was quite comfortable, and the service was excellent; staff members always tried their best to help with any issues. On our departure day, my child left their story machine behind, and the same lovely lady at the front desk promptly informed us. The courtyard also has many small animals like peacocks, mini pigs, and rabbits, and we even saw a baby peacock. It's quite suitable for families.

Excellent environment, a tranquil oasis in a bustling area. The service is attentive and outstanding. My family and children absolutely loved the family room. They even gave the kids snacks and complimentary extra breakfast. We'll definitely stay here again next time! Highly recommend!!

This was my second stay, and even though it was a national holiday and a bit crowded, the experience was still excellent as always. The Jiaodong restaurant in the hotel is perfect for seniors and children; we ended up having dinner there two nights in a row. I hope the prices don't go up, I'll definitely come again.

I can't believe I managed to book this hidden gem of a hotel! The value for money is absolutely incredible. The hotel is set within a large traditional Chinese courtyard, making it feel like staying in a royal palace. They even upgraded me from a king-size bed to a twin-bed room. The service was attentive and warm. Why bother going to crowded parks during the Mid-Autumn Festival when this place has everything? We saw peacocks, fed koi fish, and strolled through the long corridors. They even offer free Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) rentals, although most were autumn/winter styles and no summer ones. Even though it was hot, my child happily dressed up and enjoyed a beautiful walk around the garden, and we got some amazing photos. The room itself was great too, and any minor issues were resolved immediately. I'd suggest adding an anti-slip mat in the shower. Dining was convenient as well. This place is perfect for a short stay with elderly parents and children. I'll definitely come back!

The hotel environment is quite good, with a strong Beijing特色 (local flavor). It feels very much like a resort hotel. The guest rooms are also divided into several areas, and the service, in particular, is excellent and very attentive. I found the internet in my room wasn't very good, and after reporting it to the front desk, they immediately arranged for staff to help me switch rooms to test the internet. They even followed up afterward to ask if I was satisfied with the new room and the service. I would definitely come back next time.
