ATOUR Hotel Beijing Panjiayuan Subway Station

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was super comfortable. It was great that I could adjust the A/C myself. The breakfast didn't have many options, but it was enough to fill me up. Everything felt very thoughtfully designed.

The room was relatively spacious. Since I was out early and back late every day, I didn't have time to take my clothes to be washed. The staff helped me with the laundry, which was a huge plus and saved me a lot of time. Thumbs up!

The front desk upgraded my room, and I had a very comfortable sleep. The breakfast was also excellent. Definitely recommend it.

This was my first time booking the Atour Hotel Panjiayuan branch. When I was checking in with my elderly family members, I asked about breakfast. The front desk staff told me there wasn't any. I mentioned that Trip.com said it was included, and he replied, 'No worries, I can give you breakfast vouchers.' He said he'd check later... but I had already paid for a room that included breakfast. Why was he 'giving' it to me? That room type didn't even have a non-breakfast option that day! Then, when we went up to the room, the mirror was so dirty you couldn't even look into it, and there was a layer of dust on the table. Housekeeping couldn't have wiped it down at all. The bathroom door lock was broken. Trip.com also mentioned a room upgrade, but that didn't happen either. Oh well, I wasn't looking for a freebie anyway. Luckily, I was only staying for one night. I hope others see this and think carefully when choosing a hotel. I have photos to prove it.

Every stay at Atour is so rejuvenating! It's clean and quiet, the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. And the late-night congee and warm water are such thoughtful touches.

The hotel has a great location, not far from the subway station. The environment is really nice, the rooms are spacious, and the service is excellent. The laundry room on the 5th floor is fantastic, with separate washers and dryers, so no worries about laundry! However, the cleanliness needs improvement; the teacups were never cleaned daily and always had tea leaves left in them. This definitely needs to be addressed.

Facilities: Great Cleanliness: Very clean Environment: The hotel's location is excellent. It's a 5-minute walk to Panjiayuan and a 4-minute walk to the subway station. Line 10 makes it convenient to go anywhere. They even provide earplugs, probably because some guests might be watching the World Cup late at night. Service: The front desk staff were exceptionally good, highly recommend!

The hotel rooms were incredibly clean, and the bedding was super comfortable, which made traveling with kids a breeze. The front desk staff was so thoughtful; the lady at check-in saw I had two children and upgraded our room for us. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. This made our trip feel so much warmer. Atour's quality is consistently excellent. Right across from the hotel is Xibu Mahua, and there are plenty of other dining options nearby. This is definitely my top choice when visiting Beijing!
