Staff did a great job in checking in, out and housekeeping. Room is basic but doesn't has a cooling ac, only heat and normal wind instead. Location is also far from anything, including metro.

Room: very comfortable and use smart toilet which is very convenient. Not noisy at all and the bed is very comfortable too.
Location: close to everything such as metro Subway, bus, convenient store etc.
Service: very nice, I love how everyone is always welcome and smile! Easy and fast check in. I really love it!
Breakfast: delicious with various menu from Chinese to western.
Come back? For sure! And will recommend to my friends and family too~

Room - OK.
Morning Breakfast - Limited choices of food. Under staffs to do cook foods. When approached to cook eggs, the chef does not seems very willing to do it...
Power shut down in the morning during breakfast - The management does a very good job in comforting all the peoples by serving drinks while waiting for the central hub to restore the electricity back.

It's a pretty nice Hotel. It's probably used more by business people rather than tourists. The bed was reasonably comfortable, the staff were pretty good & the room had a great view of the rear courtyard with trees and the local magpies. The layout of the room was great too & the bathroom was fine.
The restaurant downstairs is excellent, very good hotpot & the old Beijing restaurant across the street is also really good, try the Hongshaorou 红烧肉.
Next to the hotel is a nice little market (very small) but there are some great food places there & a good place to pick up supplies (I mean beer & chocolate).

Very nice hotel, and very good service every day the room was clean very well. Taking a shower was very nice and the pillows and blankets are of high-quality making it for good sleep also good technology we asked for ice multiple times and the staff was 24 seven always picking up the phone.
