99inn Selected Hotel (Beijing Jiaotong University Peking University Dental Hospital)

I booked this hotel by reading review on trip but after I check in to hotel , I realized trip reviews were fake. 1. No window in room 2. Room smells terrible 3. Bed sheet , pillow & quilt cover were dirty 4. Hair on bed 5. Hotel doesn’t give you water bottle unless you don’t take from reception desk by yourself. After I complained to trip customer support, next day hotel staff changed my room.

The hotel location was good but actually we faced an issue of passport for our newly born baby. For almost 1 hour we did wait at the reception owing to have no passport of our 1 and half month old baby( it has been processed). Although the hotel administration took us to police station and took permission in written for our stay. The hotel is overall average in service.

Check in process was quick and easy. The hotel is clean and suitable. But the room is tight, and the washroom is cramped. A door or curtain on the shower is a bare minimum. I was expecting more for the price per night which would be less than half the price in other cities.
