Atour Hotel Bird's Nest&University of International Business Beijing

Excellent! It's clean, tidy, and has a great environment. The service attitude is perfect.

The room was clean and tidy, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was super convenient. It's right next to the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) and China Daily, plus there are restaurants and local eateries right downstairs.

I stayed in an executive room on the first floor. It was on the inner side, away from the road, so it was pretty quiet. The front desk staff, both the young men and women, had excellent service attitudes. The lobby seemed to be a learning space for students from the University of Economics and Business, which created a great atmosphere. The only minor drawback was the noise from what I assume were other rooms' air conditioning units outside the window; even with our AC off, there was still some sound. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in town for business.

We stayed here with our child for the high school entrance exam nearby. The room was clean and tidy, with a smart layout. The memory foam pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. It was very quiet at night, so we rested really well. We were even given a late check-out, which was a huge help as it allowed our child to finish their exam before we left. Thank you so much!

My child had their high school entrance exams, so I specifically chose Atour Hotel, and it never disappoints. The bedding is incredible, and the hygiene is exceptional, absolutely spotless. They even upgraded me to a quiet family room, which was wonderfully peaceful. The laundry service on the 7th floor is truly amazing; I only selected wash and dry, but by the time I went to pick it up, it was already folded, saving me so much time. While waiting for a taxi in the lobby, a lovely lady at the front desk proactively offered me water, which was incredibly thoughtful. On the morning of the exam, which was very early, the hotel even prepared bento breakfasts for the students, including milk, corn, sweet potatoes, and various buns. It's truly the pinnacle of hotel service in my opinion. Five-star recommendation!

Consistently great, and I always sleep so well here, thanks to Atour's bedding – it's truly my favorite! I even got hooked on their hairdryer! 😆 The front desk staff was super nice; they even gave me concert merchandise and toiletries when I checked in. There was a small hiccup when my late-night snack delivery went to the wrong hotel, but the front desk guy was incredibly patient, checked the CCTV, and even went to the hotel next door to help us sort it out. Fantastic service!

I chose this place because I was attending a concert at the Bird's Nest, and it's incredibly close, which was super convenient. Plus, there are tons of food options nearby. They even gave us some Mayday-themed goodies, which made me so happy! All the staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted us warmly.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and proactively upgraded my room, which made me feel very secure. The room was clean and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!
