It doesn’t matter if the hotel is old, it’s cheap anyway. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30. When I got up at 7 a.m., there was no one at the front desk and they didn’t answer the phone. The service was very poor.

The overall accommodation in the villa area I ordered during the Chinese New Year was extremely poor. First of all, the facilities are very old and the room is generally cold. The central air conditioner cannot be used and it blows cold air. The air conditioner and heater provided in the house cannot be turned on at all. 2. The house is not tidy as a whole. The bath towels, sheets and bedding provided are stained and damaged. 3. The bath in the villa area is said to be taken from the hot spring, so you have to wait for a long time every time. The water may be hot or it may not be hot at all. I asked the front desk to deal with it, and it was still hot in the morning. Just cold water at night. I only took a shower once in 4 days, and it was in the hot spring pool in the house. 4. What I want to talk about in particular is that in this tatami room, the windows are exposed to the wind. Even if the staff blocks it, there is still wind. Parents with children must consider other room types. This accommodation experience was so disappointing. If it hadn't been for the Chinese New Year, I would have really complained to them. Because I have three children, I still tolerate it. Service is very poor, breakfast is very poor

It may be due to the epidemic, and various services are somewhat behind, which is understandable. There are too few customers, and the more service staff, the more compensation. There is a private soup in a small courtyard. I originally wanted to make a bubble at night, but I didn’t expect that the lights in the courtyard were not on, and the waiter couldn’t find it, so I simply went to the dark to make a soup. It is also good to touch the dark bubble, you can see the stars in the sky😅. There is a corridor that leads directly to the public hot spring, which is very close! After soaking and walking for two minutes, you can enter the house and go to sleep.

I stayed at Honggu Villa many years ago. This time I took my family to stay. It was night when I went there and I couldn't see anything. I searched for a long time but couldn't find the hotel entrance. I couldn't tell clearly on the phone. The sanitary conditions of the hotel rooms are average, the facilities are old, and the breakfast has few varieties. The external environment feels not as good as when I went there a few years ago, and there is no water in the landscape. We didn't go to the hot springs, and the children's pool is closed on weekdays.

When it first opened, my friends went there as a treat. It is a Beijing-style hot spring resort hotel. This time I revisited my old place, it was no longer as prosperous as it used to be, and the facilities were relatively old. Fortunately, there were not many people, and it was relatively quiet. The service staff were basically local residents, and they were very enthusiastic and answered all questions.

700多一夜的價格去泡温泉説實在的想買的是一個環境，還有就是品質。然而無論是環境還是品質，都一言難盡。房間的壁紙都起皮了，屋子裡麪充電的位置竟然在床頭對面，非常的不方便。剛到這裏的時候，員工説庭院在後麪，我們在這裏開車找了30分鐘都沒有找到，回來找到前台，前台又指了一條路，帶着我們走結果死路一條，我想説大哥你不在這裏上班的嘛？最後費勁半天終於找到了。第二天早晨去退房更是讓人無語！！！我從7.30多分在大廳等待退房，一直到快8點前台才來人，在這之前，打電話都沒有人接。來之前看了差評，我沒信，來以後我也成了寫差評的人，希望大家慎重選擇吧。
