距離301醫院超近，步行2分鐘就到啦，店家小姐姐聲音超級甜美，因為定不了是否續租，店家小姐姐就不再往外掛訊息了，耐心等我們定下來，時間已經過了退房都沒事兒，必須贊一個，給在他鄉的我們一個短暫而温暖的家，謝謝啦。

房間挺好，幾乎到301就住在他家，主要方便，晚上還能看電影，去現場看了房目前樓在改造帶長者出來有些吵和老闆溝通以後給升級換了一個房間確實不錯，房間的設施相比較我住過的他家算比較全的，房間比較熱太幹了加濕器壞了老闆及時給送來了一個，總體算不錯的，希望以後一如既往吧。

挺乾淨的，東西比較齊全，尤其是廚房，水壺很好用可以選擇温度保温，投影儀效果不錯！不是很豪華但非常乾淨，挺好。

房屋首先暖和，因為北京這幾天天氣比較冷，但是進屋就温暖的衹穿一件衣服就可以。
乾淨，屋裡傢俱，家電都很全！可以做飯。
最主要是房東會提前把進京事宜跟我們講的很清楚，會給我們一些合理化建議，非常好！感謝房東！！
