Our stay was great! The hotel is conveniently located very close to Xiyuan, making it easy to get around by subway or taxi. There are also fruit shops and restaurants nearby. The front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She helped us upgrade to a room with an outside window when she saw I was traveling with my mother. The room was clean, tidy, and had excellent natural light and ventilation.

This hotel is located in the heart of Zhongguancun's business district, right next to a Line 16 subway station. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes, which is great for saving time in the morning. The room layout is well-designed, and everything is spotlessly clean. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the water pressure is consistently good. The front desk is staffed 24/7, so late check-ins are no problem. When I needed drinking water and to print some documents late at night after working overtime, the front desk was quick to respond and very attentive to details. The laundry and drying facilities are also comprehensive, making it incredibly convenient for business trips or travel. I highly recommend it!

On a business trip to Peking University, this Landsea Hotel is a great choice. It's only a 10-minute walk to the south gate of Peking University in the morning. The hotel's hygiene is also very good, but the room is quite small. Overall, it's pretty decent.

Recently, I was in Beijing for a business trip and stayed at the Long Ruili Hotel. Compared to other hotels in the area, both the facilities and the service and cleanliness were excellent. The front desk lady was very helpful, the room was clean and hygienic, and the location was convenient. They also have a free laundry room, and there's a lovely small park nearby.

The hotel's location is pretty good, with plenty of food options nearby. However, the room was tiny, and the soundproofing was quite poor, so I didn't get much rest. On the plus side, there was complimentary water and drinks in the room, and they refilled them after we finished.

Excellent! It's clean, hygienic, and the breakfast is also good.

Check-in was supposed to be at 2 PM, but we were only able to check in at 4 PM, so we had to wait in the lobby for quite a while. I booked for several days, and the location isn’t very close to the MRT—you have to walk a bit. Also, even though I stayed for many days, the cleaning staff didn’t change the bedsheets daily. The room is spacious compared to many hotels, but there’s no window—so if that matters to you, avoid booking a windowless room. Overall, the stay was still okay.

We stayed for 5 nights. Overall the experience was average. The rooms are small, but it is Beijing, so I understand. They gave us a room with practically no window. The problem was that there was a lot of cigarette smoking on my floor, I assume in other rooms or corridors. The smoke would come into my room through the vents. We couldn't sleep properly most nights due to the smoke. One day all my clothes and towels, etc. were all smelling like cigarette smoke. The cleaning staff would provide fresh towels and clean up the room everyday, but it could only help so much. There should really do something about the smoking problem. I wish I had asked them for a different room the very time I got there.

Very decent, simple hotel located right next to Peking University.The hotel staff was kind enough to let me check in early.

It was a great stay. Clean rooms, tasty breakfast and a funny cleaning robot which was driving around all the time :) Very near to Peking University. By subway also in short time at Sightseeing spots like the Forbidden City. Near the hotel manifold Restaurants ensured that we collected lots of great evening experiences.

Poor experience overall. Staff are not helpful and can be insensitive

Staff is warm and friendly. Rooms are new and clean. Offers free laundry with dry machines. Would be better if the chair in the room had backrest.

I really have a great and awesome stay at this hotel. All the staff was really kind and willing to attend any reques. The hotel is very clean and new. My first trip was attended by zhiwei, who is so friendly and attentive and very helpful. And my second trip when I encounter an hotel issue at peking university 北京大学中关新园1号楼.
