STARWAY properties in Beijing

The room was spotless, offering excellent value for money. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and polite, assisting with all our requests. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

The price was a bit high, but it's the capital, so higher room rates are to be expected. The location is excellent, just a seven or eight-minute walk from the Children's Hospital. The room wasn't the newest, but it was well-equipped. The front desk staff were very friendly and even upgraded us to a family room. There are plenty of dining options downstairs, including a Dayali Roast Duck restaurant right outside. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

I had a very satisfying stay! The room was spotless, and the bathroom facilities worked perfectly with no strange odors. The staff provided attentive service and responded quickly to requests. The environment was quiet at night, allowing me to get excellent rest. Plus, there are plenty of convenient and affordable food and drink options nearby. I genuinely recommend staying here! 👍

The location is convenient, close to the subway station, and it's easy to catch a taxi. There are also restaurants and small supermarkets nearby. The hotel staff are friendly and provide good service, and the price is affordable. Highly recommended.

My stay at Starway Hotel far exceeded expectations; it truly lives up to its reputation as a reliable brand under Huazhu! The hotel's location is super convenient, close to a subway station and commercial areas, making both travel and dining hassle-free. The lobby is simple yet grand, and the front desk service was efficient and warm. Check-in was lightning fast, and they thoughtfully provided local travel tips. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The custom bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the skin-friendly linens gave me a great night's sleep. The double-glazed windows did an amazing job of blocking out all outside noise. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, ample hot water, and quality toiletries. The biggest surprise was breakfast; their signature 'Starway Noodles' were authentic and delicious, paired with a rich variety of local specialty snacks. It was both diverse and tasty. Overall, the value for money is excellent. Everything from the facilities to the service reflects careful attention to detail. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

This time, I took my child to the General Emergency Hospital for medical treatment, which made travel convenient. The room is fully equipped, clean, and decorated in a light luxury style. It is very upscale, comfortable to live in, and the front desk service is thoughtful. There is a subway station at the entrance of the hotel and it is also very close to the General Emergency Hospital, just a few minutes' walk away. Overall, it's a five-star rating. The subway station is right outside the door, which is the most convenient thing. The transportation is convenient, and the hotel is right outside the subway station. You don't have to walk too much and don't have to be very tired or hard. I also like the hotel's decoration style. Worth recommending.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, with the bedding and bathroom meticulously maintained. The hotel facilities were comprehensive, catering to both leisure and accommodation needs. The front desk and service staff were polite and patient throughout, handling requests efficiently. The pre-booked airport transfer service was punctual, and the route planning was excellent, saving us the hassle of traveling to and from the airport. Overall, every aspect showcased quality. I genuinely recommend it!

🌟 🌟 💫💫💫 “If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This hotel restored my faith in hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and genuine care especially by Li Shi Mo at the reception. He didn’t just check us in; he made sure we felt welcome, safe, and comfortable. I was traveling with an elderly auntie who was exhausted and in pain. Li Shi Mo noticed immediately and gave us a room on the ground floor without us even asking such a small but deeply thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference for her. They even had work places where u can calmly work and relax with your laptop He went above and beyond in every way: he stored our food and luggage for us, even after we had already checked out, so we could move freely without the extra weight. He answered all our questions with patience and a smile never once making us feel like a burden. 🙏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🌸🌸 Every single staff member we encountered was kind, respectful, and always smiling. They didn’t bother us, but they were always there when we needed them. It was the kind of service that makes you feel like a guest, not just a customer. After a stressful journey, this hotel was exactly what we needed and Li Shi Mo was the reason it felt like home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with family, elders, or just looking for a place where you are treated with genuine kindness. Thank you, Li Shi Mo, and thank you to the entire team. You made a difficult trip so much easier.
