Our stay was an absolute delight and exceeded all expectations! Two days before our arrival, the hotel's guest services department proactively called and messaged us to confirm our arrival time and needs. Upon learning it was our 17th wedding anniversary, they thoughtfully upgraded our room and decorated it beautifully. They even meticulously confirmed our arrival time to ensure the small cake and fruit platter were presented fresh. Seeing the handwritten anniversary card in the room truly made us feel the warmth and care. Our three-day stay was incredibly pleasant. As we needed quite a few daily necessities, the staff member Mengge Wang promptly and carefully replenished them for us multiple times, providing exceptional and attentive service. The hotel's overall quality is not only professional but also full of human touch; even the children with us couldn't stop praising it!
