The room is very clean. It is more than 20 minutes away from the Capital Airport, and is not disturbed by airplanes. It is very close to COFCO Xiangyun Town, and it is very convenient to eat.

The front desk service was excellent, and there's free parking available. The room environment was great, very clean, and the internet connection was really good. It's truly a good place, very clean, and the location is convenient for getting anywhere, quite central. The service is super good and very comfortable. Aside from the common hotel issue of soundproofing, everything else was great. The surrounding area also has many convenient snack and takeout options! I'd consider staying here again on my next visit.

The bathroom is very spacious with a well-designed wet and dry separation. The toiletries are neatly arranged. The towels are thick, fluffy, and highly absorbent, and they don't shed lint when you wipe your face. It was incredibly quiet at night, allowing me to sleep soundly until I woke up naturally, feeling completely refreshed. A hotel with such a great location and excellent service is definitely worth recommending to friends.

Environment: The building is antique and very distinctive. It is very convenient to eat and travel around. There are several universities. Service: The attitude of the front desk staff is very good, which is worth praising. The whole floor of the fifth floor is full of sewer smell when you come out of the elevator, which is unbearable.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The lobby was bright and elegant, and the front desk staff, especially the ladies, greeted us with warm smiles, making the check-in process incredibly quick. Our room was sparkling clean, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on clouds. The breakfast spread was incredibly diverse, and the freshly cooked noodles and wonton soup were so delicious they made us stomp our feet with delight. Even the smallest details were thoughtfully taken care of. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit! The moment we walked in, we were greeted by a soothing aroma. The room facilities were so new they practically gleamed, and the smart toilet and high-definition projector were fantastic bonuses. The service staff were always on hand; they helped with our luggage and even proactively recommended local eateries. This place definitely deserves five stars!

During the summer vacation, I took my child to Beijing. I spent a long time choosing a hotel because there were three of us, and I wanted to make sure we could all get a good night's sleep so we'd have the energy to visit attractions the next day. I finally settled on this Vienna Hotel because they were the only ones who offered a family room like this: a 2-meter king-size bed plus a 1.2-meter single bed. I've stayed at Vienna hotels many times before and am quite used to the firmness of their mattresses, and this stay certainly didn't disappoint. We slept very well for all 6 nights. The environment was relatively quiet, the room was spacious, and the lighting was excellent. The management was also very well-regulated; outside deliveries weren't allowed upstairs. Instead, staff or robots delivered the food, which kept the noise level down from too many people coming and going. Plus, it's right next to an outlet mall, so we could go shopping in the evenings if we had nothing else to do. It was really great! If I get a chance to visit Beijing again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

The rooms at this hotel are incredibly comfortable! The bed is so soft and cozy, you'll never want to get out of it. The furniture arrangement in the room is also very tasteful, giving it a warm and inviting feel. Plus, the air conditioning and lighting systems are thoughtfully designed, making you feel right at home. All in all, this hotel's rooms are definitely worth experiencing!
