I was moved from room 401 to suite 304. The view from suite 304 was only buildings, and I had expected a beautiful view, especially since I stayed for 7 nights.

Waited about 30 minutes to check in. After checking in, I found there was no water in the bathroom, so I called maintenance. The tap water had a strange salty taste, and my facial cleanser wouldn't lather. The safe broke twice and wasn't fixed properly either time. The room's soundproofing is terrible; one night, young people in the next room were making noise until 2 AM. I had to call the front desk for help, but then they started up again at 5 AM. The location is in an older central area of Beirut, but now there are many Syrian refugees living there, making it feel a bit dirty and chaotic.

This was my first night in Lebanon, and this hotel was a pretty good find. It offered great value for money and the location was excellent. There's a university nearby, which means plenty of food options within walking distance.

The best hotel in Beirut! I’ve stayed at a few hotels in Hamra & this is easily the best hotel. All of the staff is extremely polite & helpful. Room is clean & comfortable. Perfect location to everything. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!
