Three O Nine Hotel Reviews

The hotel is very tidy and its location is close to most restaurants and other facilities. The reception staff are all incredibly polite, without exception, as is the hotel management. The services are excellent. I was lucky to have booked here because I experienced a theft outside the hotel, and they went above and beyond to help me, from the management to all the other staff. They all assisted me in every way possible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of you. I highly recommend booking in hotels like this. Thank you Mariana, thank you Ahmed, and thank you to all the other staff whose names I don't remember, and thank you to the hotel management.

This hotel is very comfortable since the room is large and so is the bathroom. The staff are friendly and are always there to solve any problem. The room is also warm in the winter but the wifi connection is not great. The signal is weak.

Good value hotel with decent breakfast and reasonably priced food available in the evenings. Location is good for walking to plenty of decent bars and cheap restaurants, as well as local shops. Traffic in the area can get very bad so taxi journeys can take a while.  Staff were all friendly. The fitness room has just about enough equipment to make it worthwhile. The rooftop pool is no more than a plunge pool, you certainly can’t swim in it, but I’m sure it’s nice in summer.  Be aware that some rooms have adjoining doors so you could be subject to some noise as a door does not keep much noise out.  A kettle is provided and a couple of teabags and coffee sachets, but these weren’t replaced when used. Similarly, drinking water is provided on arrival but not replenished. Decor is fine, bed was comfy and everything in the room worked, so overall very good value. 

A good hotel to have a break from sightseeing and night life. A lot of places around to have a breakfast or snack. Close to Hamra street The staff is helpful in almost all aspects Had a bad luck while going to empty bar on rooftop which actually should be a good place to hang out in the hotel

It is nice and reasonable for solo travelers

For the price we paid it was great :) receptionist was great and upgraded us! The only thing I’d say is cleaners do not clean the carpet so lord knows when it’s been last hoovered. Defo recommend
