It is perfectly located at the center of Beirut. 6 min to Downtown, Gemmayze, easy access to high ways. I had the room 804. It was spotless clean with beautiful views of the city. The space is so convenient, and very spacious. It is my 3ird time there and will definitely visit again

The location is excellent, with easy access and everything nearby. The afternoon staff deserve special mention for being attentive and genuinely trying to help. However, the stay was heavily affected by comfort issues. The air conditioning only operated on heat mode, making the room uncomfortably warm. Despite daily complaints, the issue was not fixed. Opening the windows was suggested, but constant street noise, construction, and nearby music made sleeping extremely difficult. Overall, good location and staff, but serious comfort issues ruined the experience.

The hotel is very modern and very clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The Team is very helpful and friendly. The location is very central, close to everything in Beirut. Th parking under the hotel makes it super practical for those with a car.

New building they’re clean and there is a free car parking in the basement

We stayed at Zur for 8 nights and absolutely loved the place and proximity

First time at Zur and we loved it! Super clean and spacious. Modern facilities and decor. We ordered room service and the sandwiches were amazing. A must try. Staff were all very helpful and nice. Although we only stayed for one night, it's definitely somewhere we would stay again the next time we are in Beirut.
