"The faucet in the room was spewing rusty water, the towels and bathrobes had curry stains on them, the soup I ordered was cold, and the breakfast fruit and meat were expired with bugs crawling all over them. When we checked in, the front desk suggested we come back at 4:30 PM. Two hamburgers cost us 600 RMB, and don't even get me started on the service attitude. You'll definitely be 'pleasantly' surprised – this place is a real test of patience!"

"A great hotel, everything is new and clean, the service is excellent. Everything is included, which is important, as this part of the island has almost no restaurants, cafes, or shops, if any. You can even try lobster for dinner. However, I would draw the management's attention to the cleanliness of the dishes in the dining room. This isn't just my opinion; it's a health issue! A hotel of this caliber should not tolerate "grabbed" plates or, excuse me, unwashed ones. The grounds are very beautiful and well-maintained, but the beach is windy and not the most convenient, though there are swimming pools. If you go to the right, there are more comfortable areas with beautiful views."

"Great location close to most attractions. The food is awesome! Everything is very tasty, home-style, high-quality, from good products. Whatever we took, it was great. Then we moved to a 5* famous chain. The food here does not reach Anelia. Beautiful lush garden with flowers and birds. We extended the room for 2 hours for free. The staff is very friendly. At dinner, they came up to everyone and asked if everything was to their liking. There are live corals with fish. Cons: the phone did not work, mold in the bathroom. The strange design of the canopy on the terrace, does not protect from the rain. The beach is very conditional, but there is a public one nearby. It is quiet and meditative there."

When we came back, they helped me dry my cloak so that I would have a dry cloak to wear when I went out to sea the next day. The waiter named Hossen was also very professional, friendly and considerate, and gave us a cute little gift before we left."
