Rixos is a high-end resort brand owned by AccorHotels. The hotel service is warm and thoughtful. The all-inclusive hotel solves the catering needs. It is an excellent choice to bask in the sun, enjoy the sea breeze, and feel the Mediterranean style.

Hello. We received very bad service. The food was pretty bad and there was a serious lack of staff. There is insufficient staff. Same food came out for 3 days. At the same time, there was a serious queue to buy food. We couldn't have dinner on Saturday. Only the drinks were very very good. The location of the hotel is nice. But I would never ever recommend it. We stayed in all Rixos hotels. But I will never stay at this hotel again. So we spent money for this hotel for 2 days for nothing. I will report this complaint everywhere.

Burak very friendly lots of information and tips very nice guy, hotel very good rooms cleaned everyday.great experience whole staff very helpful,food vgood, room mini bar regularly stocked daily .lots of entertainment and games to participate with.

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel max 3 star Lobby area seating and carpets filthy woke up bitten all over my legs had to threaten to sleep in foyer because I couldn't go back to the room where I was getting bitten had to wait hirs next day to be moved rooms the room I had had garden and sea views and was moved to a room looking into next door hotel only to be told don't worry you are checking out tomorrow pool looked dirty never seen it get cleaned wooden decking boards all Popping up every where food was very poor and cold both my partner and I had sickness and up set stomach was there for a week had to argue every day to try an al a cart restaurant eventually got one on the last night now waiting to be seen by the hospital in the UK because of the state of my legs with bites went to land of legends asked for 50 euros to be put on the wrist band and they took 16000 pounds out my account now need to wait 10 days for a refund holiday from hell

Have been a visitor many times to turkey 5 star resorts this is the worst for service Ive encountered . They seem to think it’s acceptable to not provide adequate table service and have people queuing up at bar with the consequence of que jumping . Waiting staff will take empty glasses away from in front of you and never ask you if you want another drink make themselves look busy by cleaning up . Lots of managers ( not serving) more interested in trip advisor ratings. When sat with guest relations manager discussing above he ordered drinks for us and a coffee for him self failed to arrive and he had to reorder 15 mins later (priceless) . Balcony never cleaned in whole week empty coffee cup from first day It’s a relatively small hotel by Turkish standards and unless they up the service I would avoid 3-4 star at most . A smile with service is also appreciated Full of young children so avoid if couple (may be effect of free land of legends access) Good points Manager ( lady in blue shirt) in beech restaurant has the right attitude to service and directing her staff Turkish weather Ground staff and pool staff work hard Steaks in grill restaurant ( you have to pre order and are costly 50-65 euros ) were fabulous and chefs very keen to know that we enjoyed them and they were cooked to our liking - best night if the holiday although could only install once in the week

Great hotel, Perfect Service, beautiful architecture and very good food. I recommend. Burak is very good manager. The Land of Legends is a great adventure. Great evening shows and great clubbing music. It was my 4 times in Belek and was wonderful. The best exclusive Sport Club.

We arrived 11pm to a women nearly crying in reception with her legs & toes full of bits with fluid leaking out telling us she thought there were bed bites,to then be taking through a dirty staff room full of mattresses as it was the only way to get to our room because the lifts were broke to then arrive at our room to find it was not the room we paid our view is a brick way,we then spent the whole of our first day in reception going back and forth with tui asking us to wait for the tui staff to the finish at 1pm and the hotel stuff telling us to wait it’s been nothing but a disaster,tui charged us £2900 for this holiday for me & my partner when everyone else we spoke to paid between £600-£700!! We were told it was a beautiful 5star hotel showing us pictures from mixed with Riox premiere & land of legend making out it was all one hotel,I’m absolutely appalled at the way tui has treated us,we asked to be moved to the hotel we thought we were staying at and was told we had to pay another £1500 which then would take it up to £4500 for a week in turkey in the middle of may not even peak season,absolutely everyone is complaining about the food say it’s not nice & you are only allowed to book in to 1 restaurants the whole which which we were not told!

Burak was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Clean rooms, good food and amazing views. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to the Antalya area. The accommodation was lovely, full fridge full of goodies, very clean and lovely views.
