Beautiful resort, high standard, with attention to detail. Pleasantly surprised, would highly recommend. Staff super helpful, good range of restaurants and bars. Nice spa onsite. We travelled family of five (children aged 5,6,7) the children loved the kids club and entertainment. There were some great events hosted by the hotel, including an outdoor min music festival over looking the beach in the evening. Another small touch was the minibar which was included in the price of the stay and stocked up daily.

Great for family’s . Only 3 Things could improve - 1. The air con needs serious improvement I would not return in July/ Aug if this wasn’t sorted it would be unbearable . 2. The Chinese needs to improve 3 . More sun beds needed round pools ( not sure how tho as not much room Even tho it’s massive ) Apart from that - amazing for kids / Kids club best ever . Pools clean . Food good. Theme nights good . Staff really Amazing !!!! If you want great value / large resort to please The kids . This is the place ! Thank you for a great holiday x

Hotel was lovely, all staff was very friendly and helpful whenever needed no matter what time of day, the food was lovely every meal time and there was something for everyone’s tastes, defiantly never went hungry. The rooms was dated but very clean and kept clean throughout the holiday. The entertainment need some work as was the same kids show every night and the show afterward wasn’t very good. Poole was lovely and the resort was amazing

Amazing as soon as you walk in. Lots of food to choose from including options for gluten free. Entertainers are fantastic so friendly, try to get everyone involved in many activities darts, pool games, football, dancing all sorts keeping kids and adults happy. Can’t fault the rooms everything is so clean. Just perfect.

Lovely hotel, friendly responsive staff and the resort is very well maintained. Lots of plus points - pretty village feel, nice selection of bars and reasonably priced shops selling decent quality clothes, bags, jewellery etc, beautiful pools, plenty of sun beds, clean beach, professionally run spa with hammam and a wide range of treatments, plenty of food choices. Only downside for me personally is that there are not enough adult only areas. There are a LOT of children at the resort and every meal/swim was impacted by screaming/tantrums from over tired toddlers. My own fault for not researching a bit more as this is clearly designed as a family resort but I would have liked an adult only pool and a separate dining section. The entertainment is pretty grim too and the animation team needs an overhaul.

One of the biggest compliments I can give this place is that it doesn’t feel like a hotel. It’s got that kinda Centre Parcs vibe but warmer / better! Nice tree lined area near some great golf courses. We stayed at the IC Santai before and this place was just as good, if not better!? I’ve barely got anything negative to say about the hotel. The coffee machines were very hit and miss. That’s probably my biggest grumble. So that says it all. My other comment was that the check-in and check-out although was very smooth it was a bit meh. No big intro, no drink, no nibbles, no big goodbye, i was fine with it tbh but others could question it. We stayed in a lake Villa room with the swim up pool and the room was super. Lovely balcony which got plenty of sun, nice big spacious living area and bedroom and the kids loved the spa bath which made very good bubble baths. You could get breakfast and lunch delivered to you and you could book in at the small and quaint lake restaurant every evening for no extra cost which was a delight with some lovely lamb chops and chocolate hot cake for pudding. Worth it just for that. The swim pools were great, I was pleasantly surprised at the pool temps considering the time of year but you certainly had to keep moving to keep warm. The big slides were great fun. The height guide was 135 but tbh as long as your kid can swim, has a life vest on and is confident you’ll be fine if they are circa 120cm /5+. And that pool was the warmest. The kids pool area was turned “on” between 10.12 and 2.5pm but you could still use it inbetween times. Big slides could only use between those times but that’s more than plenty. Beach was nice, only 50 paces down to the water and mainly sandy. Nice long stretch of coast there if you fancy a nose at the other hotels and no-one trying to sell you stuff. Food was really good. This is where we found the hotel really excelled as our 2.5 YO has ALOT of allergies. The guest relations team was excellent at helping and understanding. They basically let you decide what you would like and when and you can hand write your own personal menu. A really nice touch. The food in the buffet area isn’t labelled with what allergies it has / Hasn’t got so need to use your common sense on that front. Breakfast was my fav, plenty of hot and cold options, plenty of eggs and halloumi cheese, their hash browns were lovely and the kids (and adults) went mad for the pancakes and crepes. Dinner was also nice and varied with a different theme every night and always a nice mix with some regular options for the less daring. Kids club was good, I personally want to spend as less time as poss in there but kids enjoyed it in there, plenty (too much!) for them to do. The animation staff were all lovely, kids disco in the amphitheatre was nice and had some nice activities like the bubbles and pool party to keep them entertained. One night something was happening outside but too late for my 2 after being on the go all day. P

There were 5 of us, 3 adults two children aged 6. Two separate rooms. Family room and single occupancy room for me. The hotel/apartment resort/complex overall was great. There was some confusion when checking in but was resolved quickly. The room I had was located above the lively village style street which had shops and cafe bar areas. It was noisy as there was live entertainment during the later part of the evenings but that didn’t bother me. It stopped by 11.15 pm and often I would sit on the compact balcony to listen to it anyway. If my son and his young family had that room it would have been an issue. The room was dark and a bit dated, but again that didn’t bother me. The bed and pillows were good and comfortable and there was plenty of hot water with good pressure. The room was cleaned every day, but the only thing that I found didn’t happen was coffee sachet and milk replenishment. Fortunately I had taken a small supply myself ,but I’m sure if I had made the management aware It would have been resolved. Staff were polite on the whole but were a little curt on occasions. Maybe a culture thing. The cleaning staff and restaurant staff worked very hard and were very quick at clearing used plates. The waiter we had was great. I believe his name was Mahmet (sorry if incorrectly spell). He was very personable and engaging remembering our drinks every time we dined. We missed the service when he had a night off. Overall the food was great. Catering for so many cultures and nationalities can’t be easy and although we couldn’t get booked into one of the a la carte restaurants, as we were only there a week, the buffet restaurant had enough variety to keep everyone in my family happy. The freshly cooked food outside couldn’t be faulted. It was helpful having fresh filter coffee available as well as the machine coffee which usually had long queues waiting. I would also suggest having better quality toasters and more of them. The variety of breads were amazing. Really couldn’t fault the food. The quality of the drinks were good, very often providing named brands like Coca Cola and sprite. The outdoor pools were clean but very very cold. The pool towels looked new and were soft. The kids splash pools and slides were brilliant and kept the boys very happy. The boys had their 7th birthday whilst they were there and the Animation staff called them up on stage, sang happy birthday to them and presented them with balloons and a certificate. Not just that, their room was decorated with flower petals and animal towels. A very nice touch. They also enjoyed the kids club. The resident cats were well looked after and healthy looking. There were even tortoises rooming the grounds. There were plenty of quiet areas and the beach was clean. The only gripe which is a common one is the reserving of sun beds. Although there are signs around the pool deterring the practice, removal of towels didn’t seem to be implemented if not occupied after an hour. From an e

Nice resort, good location, just let down by the room. Stayed here for 11 nights over Easter in a duplex room. The duplex is a great idea with an upstairs downstairs set up, but these rooms are tired. Furniture is old, poor lighting and our fridges and tvs didn’t work. I wouldn’t like to see how the air con works in the height of summer as it was pretty poor in April. We were also disappointed with the cleaning. We had to ask for clean towels as the cleaners kept taking them and leaving us with none. We also found that they kept leaving our doors wide open. The pool areas were great, nice and clean but the water was freezing. Sunbeds were in short supply at times too. The food was amazing. Lots of choice at every meal. Ice creams for the kids all day long. We had a late pickup on our return and we thought the charges to keep the rooms on was excessive. Checkout is midday and for an additional 4 hours it was £125. For 6 hours it was £175 and after that I think they were charging the full rate.
