Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort

Well Maxx Royal you didn’t disappoint! 🎅🏻 We had such an amazing 8 day Christmas break, the service, the food, the drinks, the facilities, the feel & vibe were all just fabulous. Our Maxx assistant Behnam & Elif were always on hand with everything we needed. We requested cake & balloons for my sons birthday to which they arranged with no hesitation. My boys loved the arcade & bowling & visited many times. The staff in there were super, (apologies for not catching their names). We were very lucky with the weather at this time of year, it averaged 19/20c each day bar two where it rained but we took a taxi to Belek shopping centre for sone retail therapy. On Christmas Day we paid for a family peel, foam & massage in the spa, it was a little pricey at €100 each but we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Our Christmas gala meal was delicious & the production & set up was quite something. I will say our boys didn’t enjoy it as they said it felt too posh & if I’m honest it wasn’t very child friendly, I wouldn’t attend again with children, so they left to play in the arcade leaving us in peace! My husband & son played golf twice & said it was a fabulous course & the staff in the clubhouse were very accommodating. Overall the winter concept at this hotel is the best, if you’re thinking about booking in the winter just go for it! I hope one day we can save enough to return! 🤞🏻

it was a good hotel, foods was delicious and beautiful nature and Animation team was friendly.BulutHan was friendly and helpful etc. We had a great time here and will definitely return. We liked everything: from food to entertainment. Thank you so much 🫶🏻

luxury resort, clean and the staff were very friendly. i would thank Mohammed El Amine for his assistance during our stay, he was super friendly and made our vacation unforgettable. the food was 10/10 and the room was so perfect, only you need to improve the spa masters

What a hotel!! I always read reviews but rarely write them! Maxx royal was amazing I can’t fault it. Rooms clean, tidy and spacious, plenty of room for our family of 4. Food: so much choice, buffet was great, restaurants lovely, loved that you don’t have book prior for them. The extra cost restaurants we really enjoyed and for the small supplement was worth it, however you really don’t need to spend an extra penny if you don’t want to as so much choice. Sandwich bar, aqua land restaurant, gozleme to your sun beds. Service 10 out of 10 nothing is too much for them. Massive thank you to Osman our assistant and also to Mizgin for the service at the pool. She is amazing. Plenty of pools. Maxxi land - our kids loved it, first time doing a kids club and it was a success. Gluten free options could be slightly better as our daughter is coeliac, she did eat but the choices were limited. Will 100% return next year.

Everything was so good in this hotel. Maxx Assistant service exiting. Thank you for our Maxx Assistant Pelin& Esra for their service. Kids club and adventure park was perfect. My children spent more time in there. Aqua Park was so exiting. We liked spa center just only expensive. Foods are so fresh and delicious 👌 Sea food restaurants is our favorite place. Room service is good and fastly. Shuttle service helping to us when we want to go somewhere but little slow We went many hotel before years but we would like to come again this hotel.

Best Hotel in Belek. Maxx Assistant Arda and all of the very very friendly staff made us a unforgettable perfect holiday. Great food and drinks and very clean hotel. Very nice mini club for the kids, and kids menu at every restaurant. We will come back as soon as possible.

A beautiful hotel, wonderful surroundings and an overall amazing stay. The best hotel we have stayed in world wide with the best service and food! The Maxx Royal has fantastic facilities for the children too with an amazing water park. Although it was busy we never encountered any waiting times or queues. We have to thank personally our two maxx assistants: Mohammed and Miriam who both went above and beyond for our family! They made our stay what it was! The weather helped too! English female couple and a baby May 2024 AMAZING hotel. I have never really been to a place that ticks so many boxes. Even though the hotel is 14 + years old it doesn't feel it. Its maintained SO WELL. Room was HUGE on the top floor (5) request that if you can for higher ceilings and a great view. Pros: Scan for drinks and food on sunbeds (brilliant service) Freshly squeezed juices. I had a daily carrot juice by the pool REAL cocktails made fresh - YUM big assortment too. Buffet good, i love a buffet that does pulled chicken and boiled eggs for us healthier protein eaters. The whatsapp service is amazing, no more calling reception and requests being lost or ignored. They set up the whatsapp straight away and send you daily goings on. Enough sunbeds and no fighting over them, other than the russians who occasionally took our stuff off the beds and took over them (rude AF) Lifeguards are brilliant especially the female ones. Really engaged, interactive and walking about and actually being a lifeguard. The men seem lazy unfortunately. TONS to do for the kids. Great soft play by the buffet as we ate so he was entertained. The maldive islands are great - with the man made lagoons Great water park, was so quiet no queues for slides SO many staff everywhere Resort felt quiet but was full Great entertainment on main stage but they should have something for the kids in this area. Chocolatier and patisserie - wow. All free. pancake station - yum! Breakfast gorgeous and even had beans! Baby milks and powders was excellent! Also little touches in the rooms for kids like locations, robes and slippers. Never seen these details before. Nursery - amazing but unfortunately staff struggled with our toddler. Gym - good. Lots of new and updated equipment. Classes were quiet, they need more weights classes in the mornings. Heated seapool is very good Kids pool is brilliant. Spent most of our time there. Kittens running about the resort which we loved. Some might not though. Cons (constructive feedback for the hotel) Beach - they cant change this but its very stoney, you really need sea shoes if you are going into the sea. The rest of the beach is fine. Hotel general shop very expensive. Shouldn't have to pay extra for the wellness cafe, really stupid. It was dead. No one will pay extra for basic healthier meals. You need to change this asap Juice bar was a waste of space, should have extra and different juices with potions and powders and a proper menu. Just got another carrot juice. Seemed un-used like the wellness cafe. Needs rethinking. We wanted healthier options! **I have edited some of the cons on my review following a call whereby they have promised to take on board feedback and take action. I thought this was excellent following up with me. All in all. Amazing and would return.
