A beautiful hotel, wonderful surroundings and an overall amazing stay. The best hotel we have stayed in world wide with the best service and food! The Maxx Royal has fantastic facilities for the children too with an amazing water park. Although it was busy we never encountered any waiting times or queues. We have to thank personally our two maxx assistants: Mohammed and Miriam who both went above and beyond for our family! They made our stay what it was! The weather helped too! Well Maxx Royal you didn’t disappoint! 🎅🏻 We had such an amazing 8 day Christmas break, the service, the food, the drinks, the facilities, the feel & vibe were all just fabulous. Our Maxx assistant Behnam & Elif were always on hand with everything we needed. We requested cake & balloons for my sons birthday to which they arranged with no hesitation. My boys loved the arcade & bowling & visited many times. The staff in there were super, (apologies for not catching their names). We were very lucky with the weather at this time of year, it averaged 19/20c each day bar two where it rained but we took a taxi to Belek shopping centre for sone retail therapy. On Christmas Day we paid for a family peel, foam & massage in the spa, it was a little pricey at €100 each but we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Our Christmas gala meal was delicious & the production & set up was quite something. I will say our boys didn’t enjoy it as they said it felt too posh & if I’m honest it wasn’t very child friendly, I wouldn’t attend again with children, so they left to play in the arcade leaving us in peace! My husband & son played golf twice & said it was a fabulous course & the staff in the clubhouse were very accommodating. Overall the winter concept at this hotel is the best, if you’re thinking about booking in the winter just go for it! I hope one day we can save enough to return! 🤞🏻

If you’re looking for the best hotel in Antalya, look no further!!!!! We come to Antalya every year and this hotel is by far the best we have stayed in!! We booked x2 rooms, and while I do understand we arrived very late, we were given rooms with a garden view. We had booked x2 rooms with a sea view. We complained immediately in the morning, and a very big special mention to Dogan Kacan, he was our hotel personal assistant and he immediately sorted out a upper floor room with the most incredible sea view (we were looking for, and had paid for) Dogan is a credit to your hotel! And a person you should try to upmost to keep! Nothing was very a problem and he helped us organise so much for us! He would make an incredible manager, if he ever desired! Another very special mention to our pool waitress, Mizgin Kur 🫶 what a fabulous waitress, always going far and beyond for her customers! No one worked harder than her by the pool! I will say, once she finished her shift, the service was not as good without her! She’s another very big asset to the hotel! And finally another mention to the waiter, Mustafa Argun, he was so kind and always brought us coffee etc (even before we even asked). It’s great staff that make great hotels, and don’t let these people go to another hotel! Simply the best staff! We will be back next year again because of these special three staff! (We’re currently in Rixos Premium, and while it was good in the past, it’s lost a lot of its good staff and has deteriorated a lot!) We pick x2 hotels every year in Antalya to visit, and Maxx Royal is a definite for 2025!!!

The most perfect holiday we had so far! It was our first holiday with our baby, even though we had some doubts about it, everything was PERFECT and especially thanks to our assistant Pelin, who put all her efforts into making sure that everything was perfect! She was absolutely amazing and arranged for our baby to have scheduled meals, to have everything we need and make our staying the most comfortable. Nevertheless to say that Maxx Royal exceeded our expectations, food, service and entertainment rank 11/10! I would absolutely recommend it, and for SURE I will absolutely recommend Pelin as your assistant as you are in your holiday, she makes absolutely everything possible, Maxx Royal should feel honored to have such a good, nice and caring assistant! We live in Canada and were in Russia for business, and accidentally ended up in Maxx Royal Belek for the rest of our stay at the continent. The hotel is amazing. Our 7-day stay at Maxx Royal Belek was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the fantastic service and luxurious amenities met all our expectations. The only downside is that there was a problem to break down US dollars into smaller bills to tip personnel. We are very seasoned travellers and visited numerous luxury hotels in the world and never faced any difficulties to that effect. Another negative observation was that not every restaurant in the hotel was included in the package for free. From our experience, all hotels of the similar level offer all a la cart restaurants for free, such as steak house, lobster house, Japanese, French, and the like. Generally speaking, we would recommend this hotel to our friends but be prepared for a few bumps mentioned above. What makes Maxx Royal Belek special is their personnel. Special thanks to Marina and Kristina, our assistants who went above and beyond to ensure every moment of our stay was fantastic, making us feel really taken care of. The beach service was above our expectations as well as the service at the lobby. Special thanks to Aidan and Alexandra. The beach itself is very clean and comfortable; however, you can't compare the Mediterranean sea with the Caribbean sea but it is not the hotel's fault. Thank you Maxx Roal for giving us a piece of paradise for a few unforgettable days!

Excellent service all over the Hotel. We have enjoyed every second with our 5 years old son. Room is beautiful spacious and quiet. Maldive beach is wonderful. QR code ordering system is very modern and elegant. Special thanks to Arda! We’ll be back as soon as possible.

Our stay at Maxx Royal Belek was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, the impeccable service and luxurious amenities exceeded all our expectations. Maxx Royal Belek offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and personalized service by making our stay so memorable. Special shoutout to our amazing ‘Maxx Assistants’, Tutku and Doğan, they went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect, making us feel truly pampered. Mustafa and Kivanç from Safraan for their exceptional hospitality and amazing service that made our dining experience unforgettable. Mereim from Bishoku impressed us with her hospitality during our anniversary dinner. Osman, our waiter at Sunlit Beach, provided outstanding service, always with a warm smile and great attention to detail. Ebru at the Mövenpick store made our visits delightful with her very friendly demeanor and excellent recommendations. It felt like home - We can't wait to return!

Went there with my wife and 2 yr daugher in June! We had the most amazing experience, the staff was incredibly nice and experienced, the quality of the food was outstanding, we had a lot of space for our daughter to play, lots of playgrounds, aquapark etc. We can’t wait to come back next year!
