Papillon Zeugma Relaxury

10 night stay in October with friends. We have all said that we could not find anything to complain about. Hotel is kept immaculately clean. Food is plentiful and varied. In fact we turned down an al a carte restaurant as we couldn’t eat the amounts of food that ware being served. Every day we found something new that we had not discovered before. Staff were so friendly and attentive couldn’t do enough for you. Special mention to Burhan, in the main restaurant who looked after us for breakfast every day. Always delighted to see us and remembering our drinks and how we liked our tea. He wanted to improve his English so charted to us at any opportunity, he was so funny and kind. I cannot fault an exceptional stay at this hotel and would fully recommend. Top tip is the boat trip from the water sports team on the beach. Luxury boat with 5 people takes you to the water falls and caves. 2.5 hours. 70euros. Bit expensive but what an awesome experience.

This hotel deserves it's 5 stars from arrival at the hotel with a lovely greeting and sparkling wine and a quick check in. Food was good and the al a cartes were great we had Asian and Italian. With the Italian open through the day at no cost which is a lovely touch. Plenty of eating places through the day with loads of choices. Loved the beer house and the coffee house. Polite helpful staff.. Everywhere was spotless and clean. All the staff seemed very happy. I could not fault this hotel and it's deservingly of its 5 stars. I would definitely recommend it.

We chose this hotel for good reviews and services what they are offering. We were not statisfied with ultra all inclusive. Most of the bartenders have very poor english and can’t make cocktails what they are offering. The most exclusive whiskey what was included wasn’t available whole time of our vacation.. The offer of food for dinner is very rich, but after few days we found out most of the dishes are just repeating. Our tables were always overloaded with dirty plates what were not taken away when we finished. After I finished my first glass of drink, most of the time I didn’t have chance to get something to drink again. Not waiters enough.. Even we came here like family, we were surprised that hotel is really overloaded with kids. Can’t say this is something to complain about, but it made the whole vacation very loud experience.. so I don’t recommend for families looking for quiet and calmer vacation. When it’s fully booked, the hotel is too crowded. What I want to highlight as positive is cleanliness of the hotel, the whole area is perfectly clean and tidy everywhere. On every corner you can get food or something to drink, very convenient. And the night shows are really nice to watch and are professional.

Bülent in Beer House was the BEST!!! We love the Beer House and Bülent and Christine and Yryskeldi gets us the Best Service!! They are the Reason why we come back to this Hotel!! Thats the Reason why we want to come back to this Hotek. We booked the Pool Suite and it was great.

The pool, which should be heated, is icy! It’s too cold to swim even for adults!!! All the pools in the hotel area are cold. Vacations with kids is ruined. The only comments the hotel personnel gives us — it should be warm. BUT it is not !!!!!! Do something please

I spend 4 unforgettable days at the hotel. Amazing experience. Food was super, served via different restaurants at convenient times with great variety that suits all tastes. All inclusive concept was also well applied and inclusive of all and any high quality food and/or beverages. Pools, facilities and spa were also magnificent. On top of all comes the hospitality and the continuous smile and eager to serve you better than what you expect that defines the way the staff are offering their services. The venue is super with lot of spots to gather and enjoy the weather and the company you are with. Rooms are great and spacious but I believe they could be better.

I am very confused by the situation created by Papillon Zeugma, especially considering that I have been coming to this hotel for the last 13 years - I liked the place despite it being far from perfect. However, in August 2023, assistant General Manager Mr Tuna demanded that I pay 55% over the room rate that had been previously confirmed to me over email by Mr Baris, a member of the hotel’s Sales team. 55% that the hotel demanded me to pay was due to a booking error on Mr. Baris' side. It was eventually agreed after several days’ worth of arguments that Papillon Zeugma’s demands were unwarranted and that, to resolve the situation to the satisfaction of both parties, I would make an additional payment representing a 31% increase to the originally quoted room rate. Having to meet the additional charges which were neither quoted to, nor agreed with me, did leave a sour taste. However, I was content that the matter had been, in my understanding, conclusively settled. Be careful before deciding to stay at this hotel and, to the extent you do, make sure you have enough spare cash to cover any extra charges that the hotel applies seemingly quite liberally without consulting, or agreeing with you first. Please also be prepared to be blacklisted by the hotel should you decide to query those charges. Other than that my stay was pretty much the usual: okayish food (I have to admit that quality of food has gone drastically down after Chefs Bey and Ahmed left Papillon Zeugma), friendly staff, amazing beach bar with great sea views, good drinks. Some evening shows were nice, the others could have been a lot better but I guess it all comes to personal preferences. Rooms could have been cleaned better - it’s very dusty in the rooms; floors are dirty.
