The hotel's city-center location is fantastic, just a short walk to City Hall and various shopping malls. It's also only a 10-minute walk from Grand Station, and there are bus stops downstairs for easy access to different areas. It's an excellent base for first-time visitors to Belfast. The hotel itself is elegantly decorated. While the room might not be overly spacious, it's incredibly well-equipped. This triple room even came with a small kitchen and a microwave! Given the limited dining options in Northern Ireland, being able to heat up food in the room is a great dinner choice.

So I got upgraded to the suite for half of my stay because I had a split booking and let me tell you it was so well appointed it had a little stove top with pots and pan available as you can see there was a nice big wooden dining table that I could sit at on work throughout the day and I could look through the window. The bed was super comfortable, had a nice big shower the only thing I wish I had was a tub but apart from that it was fabulous.

The room facilities are new and very comfortable, and the surrounding area is nice and convenient for getting around. The staff are very enthusiastic and proactive in helping to solve problems. The breakfast is a delicious traditional English breakfast.

The room has cooking utensils, so you can easily prepare simple meals. The breakfast is simple but tasty. The coffee is delicious. It was great to have an Irish whiskey at the bar.

I love this wee hotel and it’s my second visit. It has a cozy homely vibe, staff at reception speak to you like a friend returning for a visit. Location is perfect for the shops and nightlife. My only comment would be there was no hair dryer in my room and it was 4am when I realised so wasn’t going to call anyone. Annoying because I was travelling for the next 24 hours. Definitely recommend this little gem of a find.

I recently stayed at Second Nature Belfast on Queen Street and was thoroughly impressed. It's not just a hotel, but a true 'hometel' – a place where you feel right at home, yet with the service level of a good boutique hotel. The location is simply perfect: everything is within walking distance – shops, restaurants, and Belfast's attractions. The room was spacious, stylish, and very clean, with its own kitchenette, which is incredibly convenient for making your own breakfast or light dinners. I particularly liked the common areas: the cozy Winnie’s café, the bar with live music in the evenings, and a small fitness room that guests can use for free. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations or additional services. The only downside I noted was that breakfast prices in the restaurant are a bit high, but this is completely offset by the quality and variety of the dishes. Overall, this is one of the best places to stay in Belfast, especially if you value style, comfort, and a central location. I will definitely be back.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Most importantly, the location is superb – very close to the City Hall and the airport bus stop, with several good restaurants nearby.

There were too few staff, so check-in took a while, but everything else was great. The breakfast was plentiful and the location was excellent.
