My room was lovely, very inviting and pleasant, especially the bay window with a bean bag was a nice touch. Excellent customer service  with a complimentary drink for using the self check service. Thank you I will definitely visit again 😁😁😁😁

Very centrally located in Belfast, within easy walking distance to everything. The self check-in process was smooth and easy, and you could get assistance from the pub right next door if needed. The room was spotless, and the bedding was very comfortable.

Loved the self-check in. I booked a cheaper room which did come with the smell of the nearby fast food place and a loud humming of an aircon (?) outside. I had another issue in my room but I alerted the management to it. Other than that, the room had a nice size and a nice bathroom. Oh, also wish they had ceramic cups for hot drinks and not just disposable ones (I don’t like pouring boiling water into single use plastic-laden cups).
