Europa Hotel

Booked a last minute room and the hotel was full. Rooms were luxurious and bedding was top quality. Staff on reception were extremely helpful and the buffet breakfast was nice

The hotel was really nice and rooms were clean, staff were polite and helpful. Location was ideal being in the city centre and quick and easy to get to from City Airport. Just a few minor disappointments… no one came to clean our room during our 3 night stay and the shower leaked slightly which meant the bath mat was completely soaked. There were no hooks in the bathroom, it was a little confusing on where they expected us to hang towels. Also the glass bathroom does not give you privacy. Overall we enjoyed our stay but some small changes would make a big difference.

Excellent location right next to grand central station and walking distance to city centre, busy Wednesday afternoon due to a few concerts in the city but the check in staff were very fast and efficient queue went down very quickly.  Excellent breakfast as well but I only have one gripe I put my order for room service for breakfast out at 5pm but it wasn’t collected!

OK in general, but nothing to shout about. Rooms well kept but a little dated.

Decent hotel in central belfast a lot of people don’t know this but at one point it was one of the most bombed hotels in the world during the 1970s / 90s troubles in northern Ireland thats a long time ago now though and Belfast is peaceful these days

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station in downtown Belfast. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. There is several pubs located across the street. The hotel piano bar was very nice. I would recommend a view facing the street from the front of the hotel.

Nice hotel, friendly staff.. great location. We parked the car in Vaule Car Park, which near the hotel and tidy place..

We stayed in the hotel as it was near to the bus station. The room was very clean and tidy with everything we needed. We were on the 11th floor but had no view as the window looked onto a high brick wall. Staff were pleasant and it was fine for a single night say especially as we arrived around 8pm and left the following morning at 10am Catherine Gilchrist

We were upgraded to a lovely room with a great bathroom. Very quiet. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making us very welcome. Parking was £18.00 for 24 hours at the value park, with the hotel discount.
