Very clean and the delicious vreakfast! The most important is they let us check in early and take care of our bags for free as we g0 on our tour even if we check out already. Walking distance to evrrything! They also have bar 24/7 and a starbucks inside!

The hotel location is great, very close to the station, just a five-minute walk. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is also very large and clean. Highly recommended! The front desk staff are friendly.

Services are good for the price. Good breakfast. Near city center, many restaurants in the area. Staff at reception are wonderful, very positive, friendly , and helpful. No complain at all. Room service staff need more training, they seems forgetful not adding coffee and creamer. Some day they come to clean my room around 4pm. Small gym with few equipment but they all works well. But the floor may need more cleaning.

The hotel boasts a central location, and the rooms are quite spacious with a generous breakfast spread. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room; I found two spiderwebs on lamps, both at low positions, and they weren't cleaned during my two-day stay. Also, the toilet wasn't thoroughly cleaned upon check-in. I wasn't fond of being assigned a room at the end of the hallway either. Aside from these points, the hotel is decent. Check-out is at 11 AM.

The hotel is a bit old, but its location is excellent. It's perfect for exploring Belfast on foot. The breakfast is very generous. There are many restaurants serving cuisine from different countries nearby, and a Chinese restaurant close by might just be one of the best in the whole UK. Overall, highly recommended.

A typical chain hotel, clean and tidy. It's very convenient for getting around; you can take the G2 to the Ulster Museum, which is economical and affordable. It's about a 10-minute walk to the train and long-distance bus stations, and Queen's University Belfast is reachable within a 20-minute walk. Even the Giant's Causeway is easily accessible by taking bus 221.

The room lighting was dim, and the TV was the size of a computer monitor. The location was pretty good, and the breakfast was a standard English breakfast – filling and plentiful. It was an okay stay for two nights; I didn't have high expectations to begin with. It's alright, perfectly livable.
