Number 11 by the Warren Collection

The room was small but clean. The location was good, just a few bus stops from the city centre. It was close to Botanic Gardens and the Ulster Museum. The breakfast was modest but okay. I was able to leave my luggage there until 4 o’clock. As I understood it, there is no reception after that, and guests need to use a code to enter through the front door.

Victorian townhouse on multiple floors. Located south of centre, but walkable. Continental breakfast is from 0800 to 1000, although there is a option to purchase a cooked breakfast from a local cafe (€10).

It was clean and great location. It’s right by the Uni, plenty of places to hang out nearby. The room was comfortable and the bed was good. No real complaints with the amenities themselves at all. But there is no parking anywhere near, apart from in the hotel next door so you end up having to pay them to park. Makes you wonder if you should have stayed next door… Also this is a hotel with remote staff and so you never see anyone, just get text messages etc. So you cannot even get into the reception early- so as a business traveller I couldn’t meet anyone or drop off a bag before check in. In that sense it’s not really a hotel - more of a hostel.

Convenience to transport/sights.. this is 10/10🥰atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me

Rooms are OKAY, be aware there is no LIFT, so you might have to climb stairs as it is 5 stories house converted. Breakfast time is too short should be around 7-11 or 8-11. Rest is Okay

Good, location/area, clean, customer service is responsive, free breakfast

The location right in the heart of South Belfast and near Ulster Museum leaves nothing to be desired. The service in this establishment does not either. Our room had plenty of light as it was on the 2nd floor and featured one of those 3 Victorian bay windows. The only tiny little fly in the ointment was the fact our bathroom sink did not seem to have warm water - but the shower made up for that. This mini hotel is great value for money and the cleanliness is beyond reproach.

Dear Sir, I am a guest of your's. I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service. First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it. Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. I can't believe it that I must leave. I want to live here again if I come to this city again. Thank you. Sincerely yours A guest
