The apartment is located in an area that might be unusual for residents of a cultural capital. It's dirty around, with a lot of trash and a smell of manholes. The room itself looks more or less modern, but many things are not well thought out in practice (the kitchen faucet, probably due to clogging, sprays water everywhere, making dishwashing a very unpleasant experience; in the shower, with the slightest error in the showerhead's angle, there's a risk of flooding half the bathroom, and walking on the wet floor afterward is quite unsafe, and so on). Room cleaning is nonexistent; it's as if they don't vacuum but just smooth out the dust. There's no feeling of cleanliness, and a layer of dust on surfaces doesn't bother the staff at all. The bed linen always had holes. Everyone at the reception was friendly; I have no complaints about that.

The apartment is super for such a price! It's a bit far from the center of Belgrade, but you can get there in 20-30 minutes by bus (for free). There's also a parking space.

The photos match those posted on the website. The apartment is small, but perfectly comfortable for two people. It's clean, newly renovated, and the building stands out from others in this part of the city. Regarding the location: Yes, public transport in the city is free for everyone, but it still takes more than 30 minutes one way to get to the city center or the old town, if you're a tourist visiting Belgrade to explore. Taxis aren't particularly cheap either. For us, the location turned out to be inconvenient. In the area where the apartments are located, there are some small shops and cafes, but the neighborhood itself is veeery non-touristy. I was so upset about choosing a bad location that I didn't even take a single photo of the room. So I'm attaching photos of the city center instead – it's much better to stay somewhere around there.

Cozy, clean, and comfortable apartment. It has everything: a dishwasher, washing machine, iron, stove, two air conditioners, and other appliances. I enjoyed my stay and recommend it. The location is quite far from the city center, but the neighborhood has everything – shops, small local cafes, and bakeries. For a couple of days, it might be worth looking for something closer to the center, but the location doesn't detract from the quality of the accommodation.
