Hotel Skadarlija NB

I wanted to make a last minute change before the trip and they were very helpful. It was clean. The hotel was quiet. The staff was very helpful. I would recommend staying in the center especially in cold weather. Many touristic places are within walking distance (Even if you don't want to walk, public transportation is free in Belgrade) There are many food, drink and shopping options in the center. When you stay in the center, it is a nice experience to go to Knez Mihailova whenever you want. It was nice to listen to the songs of people coming out of the taverns on the weekend. It was even a great experience to listen to the orchestra that a man rented for his girlfriend. Many accommodations in the center have a bit of a noise problem. There was no disturbing situation in terms of security in the area where the hotel is located and in the hotel. We would like to come back when we need accommodation.

I had a fantastic stay at Skadarlija Hotel! The rooms were super cozy, and the soundproofing between rooms was excellent—I couldn’t hear a thing from my neighbors. While you might catch a bit of music from the lively neighborhood outside, closing the windows keeps it nice and quiet. The staff truly made my stay special; they were always friendly, greeting me each time I came in and out, and were incredibly helpful with taxis and any questions I had. On top of all that, the hotel is so affordable for what you get—great value for money. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Belgrade!

The hotel is in a pedestrianised street just round the corner from the Skadarlija tourist bars and restaurants. I would class the area as the main part of town for tourists. Everything in the hotel seemed new and was very clean. The room was serviced daily and had a good sized bathroom with walk-in shower. The bed was comfy and the a/c worked well. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. I would have given 5 stars but there was a little noise on an evening from people passing in the street, generally not till late though there was some singing at 2am on a Tuesday night(which seemed like a very busy night in Belgrade!) All in all for the price in the centre of a capital city I was very happy with the price I paid and the standard of the hotel.
