Mark Hotel Belgrade Reviews

A really great hotel with excellent facilities; everything works perfectly. The bed is huge, easily big enough for two people. A special shout-out to the young man at reception who spoke Russian! My friend and I really appreciated that. Everyone understands English, and the breakfasts are superb. You can even buy souvenirs if you want to. All the sights are within walking distance.

This is the third time I have stayed at Mark Hotel. It is clean, efficient and the breakfast is fine. More importantly it is in a great area - about ten minute walk to Skadarlija and everyone on reception is really friendly and helpful. Plus very reasonably priced - I recommend!

I spend 3 night at hotel mark Overall it was a good experience. The location is good , it walkable to the main shopping street and there is plenty of cafe and restuarant and even a supermarket around the corner that open till 12 mid night. I also found a korean mini mart 5min walk away up the main street of tasmanda. Tram nd bus station is just right outside hotel. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful just i do not have much engagement with them. Room was just nice for me ,it clean and everythingi need they have it inside even come with a capsule coffee machine. Breakfast was good and they do change the selection slightly everyday so i didnt gey bore of going down for breakfast. For asian traveller like me i can find a chinese restuarant and japanese restuarant around 200m-300m from the hotel.

Stains on the bedsheets and bathrobes. No water in the toilet for most of the time.

The location is fine. The hotel is clean. The people are nice. But it needs to have some maintenance (but they will fix it on the spot), the breakfast isnt worth it and should be skipped.

Staff here are really nice,perfect location,but even coffee and tea in the room are charged….

One of the best in belgrade

The location is great, everything is close. The breakfast was good, actually quite good! On the downside, the room was quite chilly, and the air conditioning was always on. The towels and robes were stained upon arrival, which was a bit of a turn-off, but the positive was that they were changed daily and were spotless the following days. I had to ask for slippers at reception. The shower head in the bathroom was a bit loose, to say the least. The hotel is not bad, but the basic amenities, which are often used, could use some updating.

I stayed for 6 nights. The location was pretty good, not right in the center, but close. The breakfasts were decent, with plenty to choose from: bread, cheese, sausage, omelette, pasta, etc. I often came back just before breakfast ended, and there was plenty of everything. The room was clean, and they cleaned it every day. Cons: 1) It was terribly cold in November, there was no heating, and the air conditioning didn't work for heating; 2) weak water pressure in the shower. But overall, the place was good.

A very strange situation has developed with the hotel. Therefore, it is difficult to evaluate it. We arrived at 1 am, barely got there, in the end, the receptionist said that I received a message that we would be checked into another hotel. Nothing like this came, but messages about transfers and excursions came. Why they checked us into another hotel is unclear. It is good that the employee called a taxi for us. But he also told us the name of the hotel, we found it on the map and clarified whether it was this hotel. To which they agreed. And in the end, the taxi took us to another, it turned out that the names were similar and we found the wrong hotel on the map. It is good that the hotel we checked into was no worse and we liked the stay. I am attaching a photo. But I am lowering the rating for this situation.

The actual facilities of the hotel are the same as those of a small hotel in China. The photos on Ctrip look very beautiful, but the experience is very poor. I booked it because I saw the good photos. 1. The window of the room is close to the road. The sound of cars passing by and braking at night affects sleep. 2. The room space of the double bed room is small and uncomfortable, and the bedding is old and cheap. 3. The bathroom looks newly installed, but the quality of the shower room spray head, floor tiles, mirror glass, etc. is similar to that of domestic farmhouses. The floor tiles are slippery, so you have to be very careful. 4. The breakfast variety is okay, toast bread, grilled vegetables, and coffee. It is similar to a 3-star hotel in China. 5. I can only give 1 point, which is for the male staff on duty at night. He listened to my complaints patiently. 6. Other staff and restaurant staff are almost not happy, with stern faces, and they don’t seem to love this job very much. 7. To evaluate a hotel, you look at the price. Good hotels have high prices. I personally think that this hotel is 400 yuan, and I paid nearly 700 yuan, which is not cost-effective.

The room was great, and I had a good stay. I would choose this hotel again.
