Good facilities and good location , love this hotel and will stay in it if come here again

The staff kept pestering us to pay more deposit, even after my friend paid all the deposit for our entire stay for two bookings as she checked in first. Even when I checked in they asked me to pay more deposit, but staff couldn’t tell me why. They pestered me again later to still pay more and also asked my friend to do the same. My friend spoke Serbian and managed to speak to the manager whom finally told his staff that we have receipt of our full deposit and finally let it go. Then again at checkout, they told us the payment hasn’t gone through from the third party agency even though I prepaid in full on Trip.com. They made me call Trip.com to then contacting this third party agency to release the money to the hotel. This then led me to be late for my transport to airport and having a ripple effect on everything for that day. I will never use Hilton Hotel to stay in Belgrade anymore, the constant pestering and experience with the staff has left a very bad impression and taste in our mouths. Specially if they only listen to someone whom spoke Serbian. I highly stress to stay somewhere else and avoid the headache of using Trip.com for Hilton Hotel in Belgrade as you won’t know which third party agency they would have booked through. Specially if you don’t speak Serbian, even though the staff speak good English, but can’t seem to see eye to eye if it’s not in Serbian.

The room is good, standard Hilton style, the breakfast is very good, the location is good, about 600-700 meters from St. Sava Church and St. Mark Church, about 10 minutes walk. The bedside lamp is very unique, a bit like the style of a homestay, which is obviously different from other Hilton hotels. By the way, the electric kettle in the room can be bought in China, the best bulk purchase is less than 100 yuan, and the 10 yuan electric kettle in the room does not match the Hilton brand.

The first hotel I stayed in after landing was indeed the right choice. It was very tiring to take a long flight. When I arrived at Hilton, I felt very relieved and at ease in terms of service, environment, hygiene and facilities. It was a good choice. The location is also very good. There is a supermarket and a bus stop downstairs. There is a restaurant within a few steps. There are must-see attractions within one to two kilometers, including the Church of St. Sava, the National Museum, Knez Mihajlova Street, and the Danube River.

The best hotel in Belgrade. The hardware facilities are good and the service is generous and enthusiastic. The only drawback is that the cleaner came in without knocking, and left without saying a word when he found someone. The hotel explained that they don't know English. But sorry or excuse me don't require much English knowledge, right? In short, the training still needs to be improved. The traditional Serbian dishes on the first floor of the hotel are amazing, the steaks in the restaurant on the top floor are very good, and the bar is very beautiful.

The hotel is very beautiful, with a big forest behind and a playground in front. Parking is quite convenient. But my car was scratched for no reason. The breakfast is very rich. After staying for two days, the variety will be changed. Dinner is 12 euros per person, buffet, and the price-performance ratio is also very high, but there are no drinks. You can also order food at the coffee bar next to it, and the taste is very good. The room on the fourth floor has no air conditioning. It was very hot in the first half of the night, and I didn't dare to open the window. The balcony door is very cool when it is opened, but I dare not open it at night. The ceiling windows on the fourth floor are not blocked, and it is very bright early in the morning.

The room is clean and tidy, and the front desk service is good! There is a fitness center and spa on the 2nd floor, and the waiter's English level is average. It is convenient to walk around, 2 kilometers away from the Republic Square, and there are many delicious foods around. The Michelin restaurant on the 8th floor is very good and not expensive.

The hotel is in a good location, but the soundproofing of the door in the middle of the suite is so poor that I can hear the wonderful sounds from the next room at three in the morning. I called the front desk to change rooms, but the waiter said that I could only upgrade the room at my own expense. The hotel is very good, but the service needs to be improved!

The room was very clean, although it was a bit far from Miha Street, it was OK. The breakfast was foreign-style, the facilities were not new or old, and they were quite satisfactory. Considering the price in Belgrade, this hotel should be considered very expensive 😑 The service was not amazing.

Very nice room, good service, the front desk is very welcoming, the room service is also very friendly and will chat with you. There is a bar on the eighth floor. There are many Europeans staying here, and almost no locals.
