The apartment's facilities themselves are fine, but the overall service experience was extremely poor, practically non-existent. There were significant safety concerns: From check-in to check-out, no staff member ever asked to see or register my passport/ID. For a serviced apartment, the complete lack of basic identity verification is very unsettling. Communication was incredibly passive: I received no proactive communication before arrival. I had to call them myself to leave my contact details before they informed me of the check-in process. Service was effectively non-existent: Whenever I encountered an issue and tried to call after checking in, no one ever answered. The mini-bar drinks had no indication whether they were complimentary or charged, and my text message inquiries went unanswered. Front desk was consistently unattended: The front desk was completely empty until 9 AM in the morning, making it impossible to find any staff to communicate with. Even with good facilities, the lack of basic communication and safety assurance severely impacted the experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values service and security.

Excellent location - close to all the city's main attractions. The room was quite clean, with comfortable beds and a good bathroom. Housekeeping was done daily. The building itself is very interesting, especially the antique elevator!

The location is excellent, right in the city center, and you can walk everywhere. The only thing was that the hotel itself was a bit hard to find. There were almost no signs, and the entrance wasn't obvious, so we wandered around a bit before getting in. Otherwise, everything was great; the room was clean and cozy. As for minor details, slippers and cotton swabs were missing, which would have been a nice touch. Overall, we were satisfied and would come back again, just be sure to ask the hotel for directions to the entrance beforehand.
