A truly charming hotel with the best staff! I've been to Belgrade many times, but this is one of the best, yet not obvious, historical hotels!

A magnificent, small, cozy hotel with excellent breakfasts and responsive staff! The desserts at breakfast deserve special thanks. It's practically within walking distance of all Belgrade's attractions. I recommend it. Over all hotel is good, however we have some issue during the stay. Housekeeping didnt clean our room at all while we were all day out and AC was not work properly. I have asked reception to help, but seems like no one come and check as well. All above, breakfast was super good and delicious. We enjoyed every morning. Got an experience to have private sauna and jacuzzi as well, daughter was happy. We was planed to stay same place on the way back, but unfortunately choose other place due to service issue. Hope it will be fixed in future and we can enjoy our stay!

The hotel has a wonderful location and a wonderful spa area (very welcome after a busy day in Belgrade). Delicious breakfast and a beautifully decorated breakfast room! On our first night, we were checked in to a room of a lower category than we had booked. This room had beautiful decor, high ceilings, lots of light, and a coffee machine (but no coffee capsules). The next day, after we informed them of the room category, after lunch, we were given the room we had originally paid for (superior with a sofa) on the 4th floor. However, it was less comfortable than the standard room, the walls weren't quite clean, and it wasn't as beautifully decorated as the standard room. However, there were two coffee capsules. I can note that both rooms have exceptionally clean bathrooms, very good plumbing, and hot water pressure. Upon checkout, the staff apologized for the misunderstanding with the room category, and we didn't pay the city tax or two coffees. Thank you very much for a wonderful time in Belgrade!

There's no air conditioning in the room. Water is provided on an as-needed basis. Tea was only provided once. The coffee machine in the room was dirty. Rooms on the 4th floor have no elevator access (the elevator only goes up to the 3rd floor). The room itself is quiet.

The hygiene is acceptable, and the location is good, with many bus routes nearby, though it's not very convenient to get to the airport. My biggest complaint: the description said there was a dryer, but there wasn't one! The room door couldn't be deadbolted as it was broken, and the bathroom door couldn't close, also broken. The shower water kept fluctuating between hot and cold! The hairdryer had very weak power. Breakfast was passable, but if you're staying for multiple days, the breakfast pretty much stays the same. The service was alright, but I can't give the hotel a good review. The facilities are just too run-down.
